Giovanni, Josh, and McCoy did an outstanding job! They first helped me with a simple issue under my bathroom sink after I got completely stuck trying to reinstall the pipes — the gaskets wouldn’t fit and I had accidentally thrown away a couple of parts. They fixed everything quickly and professionally.I also had them look at my water heater, which had been installed incorrectly by someone else. They immediately identified several serious problems, explained what was wrong, and came back the very next day to repair it properly.The improvements were immediate: stronger water pressure, smooth and consistent water flow, and a correctly installed gas line that finally makes me feel safe.These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and extremely skilled. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work!

We had such a great experience with Diontea! He arrived promptly to handle our toilet repair and drain cleaning quickly and efficiently. He was super friendly, informative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. On top of that, his pricing was very fair and reasonable. This was our first time using Beacon Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & Mechanical for HVAC work. After a few great experiences with their plumbing teams in late 2024, we figured we'd give them a try. Happy to say it was a good choice! Huge thanks to Ian + Damon for coming out this week to install a new furnace. After giving them the rundown of some troubleshooting steps we'd taken on our own, Ian + Damon talked us through the diagnostic tests they were running before outlining the way forward: replacing a potentially hard-to-source circuit board vs. installing a new furnace, work timelines, price ranges, etc. Since our existing furnace was ~28 years old, we took Ian + Damon's recommendation to install a new one. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly this all came together. The diagnostic, removal, furnace delivery + installation were all done in a matter of 2-3 hours. Ian + Damon were kind and communicative throughout the whole process. We genuinely felt comfortable asking questions and appreciated their thoughtful + patient responses. Needless to say, we'd be happy to work with Ian, Damon + Beacon Plumbing again.

Beacon Plumbing once again proved why they’re my first call without hesitation. The repairs were completed quickly, efficiently, and at a competitive price, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Beacon. They even went above and beyond by reattaching insulation that had fallen down around the heat pump, which was greatly appreciated. Jesus and Alfredo did a wonderful and efficient job moving a natural gas line for us. They came within 24hrs for a quote and then the following day to fix the issue. They gave us a fair price, quite a bit less than our other quote. The other thing I loved about Jesus and Alfredo is that they introduced themselves to my contractor who was working. Of the two others who came to give quotes, no one else introduced or acknowledged my contractor. Thanks for being professional, kind, timely, and excellent!
