Very courteous and professional experience. I was told the cost up front and kept up to date as the service went along. First time using Bayside after reading multiple 5-star reviews, and we will use them for any future plumbing needs.
Bayside Plumbing is the only plumber I call when services are needed beyond my DIY abilities. They provide a professional level of service and attention to your home/property and all thier work is well above par. They recently came out to address a hot water issue with our tankless heater, they did a descaling flush(it was nasty) and identified some poor installation related issues from the previous homeowner. They also identified a gas valve issue for the dryer. Repairs were made promptly and left the area cleaner than when they started. Call and ask to speak with Michael for residential plumbing needs, he is very kind, listens well and knows his stuff about plumbing!
I reached out to Bayside after being referred and not only were they quick to respond but they immediately asked questions and provided options to make sure we were provided the best possible solution for what was going on. I worked specifically with Michael, Erik, and David and they all were very professional. We had them replace our water heater and fix an issue we were dealing with on our sprinkler plumbing. Both jobs were done efficient and with attention to detail. Genuinely thankful for the crew and Bayside and I’d recommend them to anyone I know.
We have loved working with bayside on a kitchen remodel project. Even with several construction hiccups along the way, bayside was great at scheduling and rescheduling as needed when there were delays. The plumbers show up promptly, are trustworthy, and do quality work. Everything is to spec. We have felt completely at ease having them in our home both with and without us present. The office team is wonderful and offers efficient and informative communication thru phone call and email. Thanks for helping us built our dream kitchen!!
