The gentleman that provided service to our hot water heater, Justin, did an outstanding job. Ha was very polite, professional and obviously knew his craft.
Justin did an amazing job fixing our sewage drainage system. We had been dealing with ongoing issues, and he provided excellent service from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived promptly, and was very attentive to our concerns. On top of that, my bathroom door somehow got locked, and he went above and beyond by helping me climb through a window to unlock it, something he absolutely did not have to do. Even after working several jobs before coming to our house, he remained patient, understanding, and committed to helping us in every way he could. I would highly recommend both him and this company in the future.
Jacob cleared the washer drain on first trip. Opted to have the drain replaced with 2" piping for better configuration on the second trip. He did good work at a fair price. Will recommend Bayou to future customers.
Highly recommend. Honest and straightforward. Keith was able to walk me through pricing over the phone. Justin arrived early and finished the job faster than expected. They were less than half the price of one of the big companies.
