“Both my bathroom sinks were not draining again. I used Bay Water Plumbing a few years ago and they were great so I called them again. Was able to get someone out same day! Tommy was very polite, professional and explained things well. Was able to replace one of my pipes and clear both sinks quick!”

“Al installed water softener for my house two weeks ago and i am very happy with his service. He was very thorough (by recommending a couple of pipe routing options and he let me choose). I think that the quotation for his service was reasonable. He surely knows what he is doing.”

“Very bad experience. Got a Rinnai water heater installed through them and just in 1 year started facing error code 11 issue. Called them to check. And I was charged a lot just for an initial diagnosis which ended with pointing to PGE gas pressure. Later I got PGE to replace Gas meter and PGE confirmed gas pressure was good and error 11 code was internal to the heater. When I reached out to Bay Water again, I didn't …”
