This company is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I had a water leak and called a few companies. I decided to go with them because of the attention and guarantee they offered. The plumber that came to fix the pipe was very polite and did a great job! I recommend them for your plumbing issues.

We had a leak from the garbage disposal that we found at 7:30 a.m. We immediately called the company that we contracted a plumbing maintenance plan with. They responded by noting that they do not service, by any means, under-mounted sinks. We fired them. At 7:50 a.m. we then called our friends at Bay Area Plumbing, the company we use for our tankless water heater. They were accommodating and sent a plumbing specialist under an hour. To our relief, it was Ben.(again). Ben had our new disposer replaced and everything tidied up by 10:00 a.m. Thank you again to Ben, Tammy, and Amy. We appreciate the great customer service you provide. What a relief.

I called and Bay Area Plumbing was able to come out the next day. Two guys came out, assessed my problem and fixed them. It was wonderful! I’ve got hot water in my shower now. Will definitely call again for any problem.

The only reason I am leaving a one star rating is to ensure this review is seen. I have experienced poor customer service in the past, but nothing comparable to this situation. I called three separate times, and on each occasion, a representative answered the phone. As soon as I began speaking, the call was disconnected. This happened three times in a row. It was clear that I was being heard, as the representative remained on the line long enough to listen before disconnecting. This pattern is extremely concerning and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business. It is difficult to trust a company that demonstrates such disregard for individuals simply seeking assistance. In contrast, Pinellas Gas Company sets a strong example of what customer service should look like. Their team is consistently helpful and respectful, and even when they do not carry a specific product, they take the time to direct customers to a company that does. That level of service builds trust and long-term relationships. I sincerely hope this company reevaluates its customer service standards, as no customer should be treated in this manner
