Great service! Ron showed up in less than 30 minutes after I called. Not only fixed what was needed, but he give me advice, and order a part for me to save me money. Ron (The Dutchman) is the only honest plumber in the Bay Area.

Dec 4, 2025 Woke up yesterday, Dec 3, 2025, to a toilet leak and wet floor mats. Called BAP Bay Area Plumbing and was able to arrange for repairs the next day. Ron contacted me the day of, to inform me of his arrival time and kept me well informed of his arrival and what repairs needed. I HIGHLY recommend BAP Bay Area Plumbing and Ron Lem. Highly recommend Ron! I reached out in the morning and he was at our home within hours. He has great, timely communication. We needed someone to help with our slow draining bathroom sink, and he fixed the job within an hour, in a thorough manner. The sink is draining beautifully and no more gross smell. He is super friendly and even offered some tips on what we can do to maintain the drain ourselves. The price was reasonable for the job. Will definitely hire BAP again!

Big props to Ron at BAP! Not only did he pick up my call on a holiday, but he also walked me through an easy, free fix for a faucet leak that would’ve cost $270 to service otherwise. I needed a pressure balance cartridge replaced in my shower, and Ron was fantastic! He replied to my request promptly and scheduled a time that worked for me. Ron was very tidy, making sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was done. I had a backed up sewer and wanted to go with a new company. I started calling plumbers and was getting no answer. Ron responded quickly and was out to take care of the problem within an hour. Friends recommended me to Bay Area Plumbing and I just used them to diagnose and fix a hot water issue in my shower, as well as flush 2 tankless water heaters. Ron was amazing!
