We had another plumbing company try to over charge us on a few services. We got Ron's number from a friend and gave him a call for a second opinion. Not only did he save us a lot of money, he fixed all our issues in no time. He also gave us great information for things we might want to do in the future. I truly appreciate how honest and thorough Ron was. Needless to say, Ron will be our first call going forward for all our plumbing needs. Thanks again Ron!

Ronnie and his team are great. He is professional, fast working and focused on fixing your problem and not selling you things. I have used them a few times in the past and had good experiences but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. I had no heat and my boiler was slowly flooding my finished basement. It was the weekend and Ronnie wasn't available to come out until Monday so I called another company. The other company told me they couldn't fix it and that I needed a new boiler. I texted Ronnie and he helped me stop the flooding and get my boiler so I could use it over the phone. He then came out the next day and fixed my system by replacing a faulty valve. The fix room him less than half an hour.

Mr. Pitts installed a water softener for previous owner at our new house. He personally came out to our home, showed us how it works. Very nice guy and very personable. We would definitely call him back if we experience any plumbing issues in the future.

I highly recommend Bauman Pitts Plumbing and Heating! We had an issue with our baseboard heat that we expected to be a simple repair. We had two companies out before we called Bauman Pitts - One couldn't diagnose the issue and one wanted to overcharge us by hundreds of dollars. We are so thankful we ended up calling Ronnie. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately, have it repaired in less than 30 minutes, and charged us an extremely fair rate for the work. We've had his team out since to fix additional plumbing issues and have only had great experiences with everyone. They are great at what they do!

We are sooo grateful that we found Ronnie pitts! He and his whole team are so great. They’ve done so much work on our house these past few years, from helping put in a bathroom in our unfinished basement(including thinking through the layout, moving the washer, and putting in an ejector pit), to saving the day when our children filled our sewer vent with rocks, they are the best to work with. Always the best price we found in the area, but even if they weren’t we’d still pick them because confidence in any job they do. Our kids love watching them work and want to be plumbers when they grow up.
