Matt did a great job at my furnace maintenance service. While here, Matt discovered that my 15 year old water heater was leaking and suggested it be replaced. Matt was able to get replacement water heater available to be installed the next day. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Matt and Barker.

Very detailed about what needs to be done and followed up very good service. I reduced this from 5 to 3 because on the finish of the job they did not put the cover on the furnace. Then the outside panel that cover the furnace was put on upside down and incorrectly as well as leaving screws on the ground outside panel I had to go out and correct the issues.i don’t know what the inspector will think he sees the furnace cover just lying in there. Update it has been a couple months now but the Techs and Barker have been very good on responding very quickly and resolving all the issues. And changing the star rating to a 4. Pleas read post entirely has they have been excellent since the first issue
