I can’t say enough good things about Balcans Plumbing! Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Huge kudos to Vlad — what a great professional and genuinely personable guy. Vlad showed up right on time, immediately put me at ease, and quickly identified the issue we were dealing with. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained the problem and walked me through the solution in a way that was easy to understand — no jargon, no guessing, just straight answers. I recently had a 1/4 turn ball valve that needed to be replaced for the backflow preventer for my sprinkler system. While Balkan was replacing the valve; they tested the incoming water line pressure. They found out that the incoming pressure was above normal. A PRV on the water line and an expansion tank on the water heater were added to reduce any future problems. Balkan showed up on time and completed the project in the time they predicted. I believe I was given a competitive price for the job and they stated that the work has a one year warranty. I would not hesitate to contact Balkan again for any future plumbing needs.

Very pleased with Balkan plumbing. Initially asked for them to quote a small sink hookup, which they did promptly with a very competitive price. However, just when I was going to ask them to come out and do the work, my water heater gave out. I asked them to quote that as well. Again the quote was very reasonable and they offered to come out the next morning to install. Vladi did great work setting up and installing the water heater and provided some advice on the sink hookup that saved me some extra money as well. Based on this first experience, I will consider them again for my next plumbing need.

Vladi was very professional and punctual. He came earlier than expected and did not keep me waiting to handle a minor emergency. We had a leaking bathtub drain pipe causing significant damage to our sheetrock in the level below. He identified the problem, explained everything really thoroughly and repaired the problem quickly. This is the second time we have called Balkan Plumbing for a problem and they have been great both times and their prices are fair for the work. I would most definitely recommend them for any plumbing related problems and will be calling them in the future.

I had these guys come out twice. The first time to replace 2 external spigots. He did a great job with the work and explaining/ showing me what he did. He said the purpose was to ensure I was happy with the repair before he left. The second visit was to replace something but, they were able to replace only a part. This saved me money. They could have just replaced the whole unit, as I expected, and charged a higher fee. I’m sure there are other good plumbers out there but, I’m 2 for 2. I’ll stick with Balkan.

I hired Balkan Plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. As a smaller team they communicate fast and keep you updated on the scheduling. I have worked personally with Vladi, and he did a great job replacing my outdoor spicket. He installed a longer freeze-proof spicket from the one I had to give me a better margin. Recommended also how to best insulate my pipes, and made sure everything looks great and strong outside. The finished product looks great. Great company to work with.
