We had several plumbers come out for quotes, and the fees were astronomical - not to mention a huge waste of our time. Cody and the Bacon Plumbing team were the complete opposite experience. Cody was upfront, honest, and did excellent work at a fair, honest rate. Ricky, the supervisor, was also consistently communicative, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free - despite all our questions. After dealing with so much runaround elsewhere, this was a breath of fresh air. We will ONLY be calling Bacon Plumbing in the future. Highly recommend!

Kevin was very professional and kind. They were ready to install the next morning. The two technicians that took out our old water heater and put in the new one, were also very professional and kind, answering our many questions, and did an amazing job and were done quickly. We expected 4-6 hours for the install, and they were done in about 2 hours. I would highly recommend. My husband and I will continue to use them!

Had a pipe burst from the recent hard freeze. Bacon Plumbing team got me taken care of quickly in a semi emergency situation. Austin was quick, friendly, and walked me through the repair. Even verified that it was repaired and no longer leaking before finishing up and wrapping the pipe in insulation. I really appreciated it

I consulted them to fix a leak on my master’s sink. They weren’t able to get it fixed the first time and originally due to a misunderstanding it seemed like I wasn’t going to get the problem solved in a timely fashion. However, a manager reached out to me and was very kind, understanding, and professional even though I was upset. They sent out a guy and prioritized us two more times because the leak was difficult to pinpoint. They did good work and Didn’t charge after the initial visit. I also had the scaleRX installed and it’s been working great. The human touch these guys showed even when I flew off the handle meant a lot and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Service was great!! Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cody did a good job of leaving no mess. My only issue was after I purchased the new bathroom faucet set. I was then charged $407.00 I did receive a $ 60.00 discount after signing up for year long service contract. If I hadn’t been in such need I would have shopped around.
