Today was my first time using Backlund Plumbing and I couldn’t have been more pleased. When I initially called to make an appointment for a problem with my toilet, Danielle was professional, polite, accommodating and very sensitive to my anxious desire to have someone come out as soon as possible. Danielle arranged for “Bill” to come out the next day. When Bill arrived, he too was professional, polite, and VERY respectful of my home. He was thorough and efficient and made sure that I had no other plumbing concerns. Though my appointment was for the repair of one toilet, Bill GRACIOUSLY assessed the other 3 toilets in my home and ended up replacing worn parts on 2 of the 3 other toilets. I left a message on Sunday about loud pipes and received a call back first thing Monday morning. Bill came out that afternoon, quickly found the issue, and fixed it. A few hours later I noticed an unrelated leak in our basement, Bill returned right away and had it repaired in minutes. Excellent service— responsive, professional, and highly recommended!
