“Baccaro saved our basement. During a particularly heavy rain our sump pump failed, we still had power and it was running (and overheating) but wasn't getting rid of the water. We looked up emergency plumbers, saw Baccaro, and they made it over in less than an hour. Mike recognized the problem, pumped out the water, and had a replacement sump pump that they installed.”
Owner Mike came out Thanksgiving morning to double-check work for a small water company — went above and beyond on a holiday.
