Mike went above and beyond to help out our small water company! He was reasonable, respectful, and him and his son went above and beyond coming on Thanksgiving morning to double check that all was running well.

Baccaro saved our basement. During a particularly heavy rain our sump pump failed, we still had power and it was running (and overheating) but wasn't getting rid of the water. We had finished our basement years ago and were trying to bail out the water as fast as we could but just couldn't keep up. We looked up emergency plumbers, saw Baccaro, and they made it over in less than an hour. Mike recognized the problem, pumped out the water, and had a replacement sump pump that they installed. The damage would have been massive, but thanks to their timely service our basement was saved and we know who to call next time. Thank you so much, best service we could have ever asked for.
Mike saved the day by answering my call late on Friday night when everyone’s power went out. I was so relieved to know that help was on the way and Mike & his workmen got me hooked up to a generator and gave me peace of mind knowing that I could ride out the storm with power. I would highly recommend Mike Baccaro to anyone.
