The technician who came to my house did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and professional. Fixed my problem and even fixed something else while he was here. Im probably spelling his name wrong, but Keono deserves a raise!

Great company to work with! Very nice and knowledgeable. Was able to find the source of the problem quickly. The repair was more work than he originally thought but he kept to his quote. Unfortunately for us, the problem required more than the repairman could do but he was able to recommend a restoration company that could come out same day. Will definitely be our go to plumber from now on!

Overall, very happy with the service I received! Will definitely be recommending to anyone else I know who needs a plumber.

I am totally pleased with the workmanship and service of B&C Plumbing. Mr. Janowitz first came out to assess and give an estimate on the three tasks I required: replace outdoor faucet, install new toilet, replace shower/faucet. His courteousness was immediately apparent when he took off his shoes before entering my home. He worked up an estimate and emailed it to me within a couple of days and we scheduled the job. A little snag ensued when he came down with the flu and was unable to keep the initial appointment, which irked me a bit at the time since I had just been stood up by Dean and Sons a week earlier without any attempt at resolution on their part (I am limited in the days I can take off work). But B&C promised to come out first thing the next Saturday morning, which Mr. Janowitz did. He kindly upgraded and replaced two outdoor faucets at no additional cost and apparently provided the new shower/faucet fixture at cost, saving me $175 after taxes off the original estimate. All the work was impeccable and performed in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend this local firm for any plumbing work one needs done.

From the person who answered the phone and got us quickly scheduled to the awesome technician, Dakota, they took great care of us and resolved the issue. What I was most impressed by was that there was no attempt at upselling services which I've experienced at other places. Dakota correctly diagnosed our problem, fixed it, and then was sure to stay long enough to make sure everything was in working order. I'm definitely saving B&C in my phone for future use. Great honest, reliable and affordable company!

I called for help on two things and then I remembered seeing some water in a different location. Turns out it was a water leak that could have caused serious damage. There never a hesitation. Dewey went right to work and fixed it. And, he cleaned up everything before he left. You just don’t see that kind of service any more. Just a professional all around. Thanks!

Very pleased with B & C. While things started out a little shakey by the tech being late, once he did arrive, he identified the problem right away and made repairs in record time. Even gave a discount since he was so late. Loved the fact that he took off his shoes when he came in the house - always makes me feel good when they respect your home like that.
