Highly recommend - always excellent customer service and they have done a great job on every job. The annual maintenance plan for the HVAC systems is a bargain compared to some of the other companies in the area... plus they actually show up when they say they will.
Mike was very thorough in his review of my existing HVAC system and was communicative about how to best go about updating our system. The entire process was smooth and the estimate was transparent about cost. Each of the installers (Bob, Ryan, along with Mike) were courteous and professional. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!
Great service. Tankless hot water heater was not working. An appointment was made quickly when I called. Christian quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and also looked at a few other areas (condensate pump and furnace exhaust.). Well done.
I got 3 quotes for a whole-house mini split heat pump system. B&B did the most thorough review and I had confidence in the system they specified. Their quote was the lowest of the 3. The representative was extremely responsive, I would get answers to my email questions late at night and early in the morning. They worked with me to place the equipment where I wanted it, the technicians were courteous and helpful and the installation looks good. B&B took care of all the paperwork for the rebate which I received promptly. However the wall units would make heat when they weren't supposed to which made rooms excessively hot, and B&B needed to engage the distributor to understand why. It turned out that different thermostats were necessary to prevent this, and to their credit B&B did not charge me for those. There were also problems with units turning off spontaneously and overriding schedule programming, and all B&B and the distributor did was speculate it was a programming issue without giving directions to correct it. I tried many different changes and eventually those problems went away. When I communicated this back to B&B the response was "I'm not going to question why". For such an expensive system it was disappointing that the dealer, which is a Mitsubishi Elite contractor, did not fully understand the equipment they installed. I believe they understand it better as a result of the problems with my system.
I love B&B Plumbing & Heating! John was here this morning and he was on time, thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have used BandB for both my plumbing and heating needs and found their techs to be very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for all your needs!
