“Absolutely negative experience is here. Nobody came to my call for service despite promises, and they dragged it on for 2 days. They are unreliable, and their customer service is garbage. They make unsustainable appointments, and nobody shows up, and they do not bother to give a cancellation call or anything, just leave you waiting and wasting your time.”
“I called not once but twice for an estimate. Sent pictures not once but twice. 9 days until someone got back to me only to say “what did you want again?” This is the grossest company. Your work may very well be the best in town but I’d never know because your customer service sucks. Like really sucks. Do better.”
