I used another Septic company for 11 years. They got too big. AZ Super is just what their name says. SUPER. Service was great. Real pros. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you AZ Super…
They were prompt at responding to my septic tank problem and sent someone out within a couple hours. Anthony was great and very informative. He got us all squared away in short time and was literally finishing up when my guests arrived from out of town. Everything worked out perfectly. Thank you!
AZ Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new septic tank system. We were very pleased with both the results and the entire process. Their service was highly professional, and we gladly recommend them!
Absolutely ridiculous! My grandma called them for a garbage disposal replacement and was charged $565!!! The half horse power disposal was billed as a 3/4, and regardless the labor could not possibly be $400!! Parts could not be more than $120 (retail), and for a hour of work? Elderly people should not be taken advantage of or defrauded!! Shame on you!! Oh - they did refund $85, nice try, but this is an issue that needs more.
VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Called with no hot water and problems with previous repair. Refused to give pricing over phone. Plumber found leak in hose, turned the water off and removed roots which had grown into the house. He also shop vacced the standing water. He recommended replacing the year-old hot water heater. He plugged in my fan to accelerate evaporation, I asked him to fix the hose no fewer than five times, which he did not. No repairs were made and I still did not have hot water. He did not check on a previous PS repair which had become problematic. He did spend quite a bit of time in his truck on the phone. I was charged $101! He did not even repair the leaking hose! Needless to say, I could not afford to have The Plumbing Store finish the job. I had to pay some one else to repair the hose and light the pilot.
I called AZ Super-Plumbers, and they sent Tim out, who installed a bidet toilet seat on one of our toilets. Then I called the following week, and Anthony showed up, removed our kitchen Reverse Osmosis filtering equipment, and broke our new ( Amazon ) hot/cold water appliance he was booked to install. He told me he would book a Monday appointment ( about a week later ) to install the new hot/cold device after I told him it would take a few days for a replacement to arrive, and that the remaining cost would be around $250.00.. No one appeared Monday as promised, so I called, and the office said Anthony had not booked an appointment to put the kitchen sink back together with the new device.... I was dismayed, but booked Tim back the following day,... When he arrived, Tim quoted ~$850 to install a direct replacement garbage disposal ( 10 minutes max ), and the hot/ cold replacement appliance Anthony had broken the week before after I ordered a new one on Amazon. Because there was a huge difference in the costs between visits, Tim called his owner to confirm the pricing. I ended up agreeing to pay today's quote to install the hot/cold tap, and replace the reverse osmosis filtering equipment Anthony had removed. When the owner called me directly to discuss, she claimed Anthony had not made an appointment ( why else would we think he did ) the reverse osmosis filter was not part of the quote, and after a debate, proceeded to cancel our appointment leaving our kitchen all over the floor, and the sink filtering and new machines not working... Owner Kim Gagnon's arrogance is astounding... This is a perfect example of someone ( owner Kim Gagnon ) who should not be in a service business, and I would encourage anyone to find another plumber in Prescott..
We recently needed a plumber for a garbage disposal that quit working and a drip from a bathroom facet. We haven't needed a plumber in years. Several of our friends and neighbors recommended The Plumbing Store. I was very impressed with the customer service when I called to schedule service. They asked for a description of the problem with the garbage disposal and asked about the brand and type of faucet that was leaking so they could estimate the time required for the schedule and so the plumber would have the supplies needed for the job. Will G, the plumber who was assigned to us called to alert us when he was on his way and that he would be earlier than scheduled, if that was acceptable to us (YES). He was very courteous and professional, offered to provide some free checks of some frequent plumbing problems, did those (NO PROBLEMS) and then got to work. He offered options on both the garbage disposal and repairing the drip in the bathroom sink and discussed the pricing for each option. (APPRECIATED THE UPFRONT DISCLOSURE). I believe the work was fairly priced and they use a flat rate fee per project rather than an hourly rate. Will G. was quick and clean and checked both for leaks after he was done. They have an electronic billing and invoice system using a tablet so it was easy to get and invoice and pay. I learned that this is a family owned and operated business with many of the family members working in the office or as plumbers. I was very impressed and would use them again without any hesitation and have already recommended them to others.
I own a mobile home 70 miles away, in Dewey. The mobile is vacant. I received a water bill from the Town of Prescott Valley for almost $60 when my average bill is $9.00 I knew I had a leak somewhere. It is difficult to start calling dozens of plumbers and try to get a plumber to come out the same day, let along at all without the owner being at the property. Indeed, I called at least a dozen plumbers from my google search. Very frustrating and anxiety producing to say the least when the few plumbers that answered would not go on the property without the homeowner present. Oher plumbers wanted to charge me $279 just for the service charge. And one plumbing company scheduled an appointment same day, and didn't show up because I didn't happen to answer the phone! Boy, was I mad! However, I finally lucked out. I called Az. Super Plumber and frantically asked Daisy if she could send a plumber today. She apparently juggled things around and sent Benjamin to the mobile that early afternoon. After inspecting the property, the plumber determined that the toilet had not shut off. He mentioned that this is a common problem, especially with vacant properties. The plumber could not read the water meter because of bee-hives nesting, so I called Shooter's Pest Control who treated the nest within a hour of my request. Az. Super Plumber only charged me $59 for the service charge, which I think is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Az. Super Plumber to anyone who wants prompt service and using a family run business for the past 30 years.
If you want excellent customer service, go with AZ Super Plumbers. We had an in-floor radiant heat issue along with a domestic hot water problem that started yesterday morning, Sunday, June 12. It was Mother's Day. I called and left a message at about 7:00 a.m. describing the problem just so that when the office staff returned to work on Monday morning I might be higher up in the repair order queue. Much to my surprise, within an hour I received a call from Daisy, their office guru. She mentioned she had called William, the owner of the company, with my issue, received advice, and then scheduled me for 8:00-9:00 this morning (Monday). IT WAS MOTHER'S DAY SUNDAY!!! C'mon... NO ONE follows through on a Holiday such as this, do they?? Yes, some one does. And that company is AZ Super Plumbers. Daisy mentioned that she called back not only to get me on the schedule, but because they didn't want me to worry about the error code on the Navian unit the entire Sunday. Can you believe it? Tim was out this morning and within 60-90 minutes, had the problem diagnosed and completely resolved. Have a plumbing issue? Call AZ Super Plumbers! You won't go wrong. You are treated like family. I own vacation rental properties in the Prescott area and have used, and continue to use, The Plumbing Store for all my plumbing needs. Since I live out of state I can not tell you how satisfying it is to find such a trustworthy plumbing company to use. Out of state property owners are at a real disadvantage when it comes to finding qualified, honest and professional service companies. I feel very fortunate to have found The Plumbing Store. As far as pricing is concerned, I always ask price first before I buy, that way there can be no arguments once the work is completed. Any repair can be expensive, especially plumbing. You should also be prepared for additional costs if unforeseen surprises pop up. Service businesses can not be expected to sell their parts for what they pay for them or at the same price that you might buy them for from the big box stores. So yes, that same fixture or appliance from your repair company will cost you more; that's just the nature of any repair business. The workmanship and professionalism of The Plumbing Store is exemplary and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services! Best regards, Henry S.
They came out to troubleshoot a tankless water heater that was plugged up with debris. They concluded that the water was cold because there was not insulation on the lines, but that is ridiculous because it has worked for over 5 years. After I heard this, I called the manufacturer and got instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue. This took about 10 minutes to do. I learned that they didn't do the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer on the first visit. We called them back out to do the troubleshooting, and they still didn't follow the only explicit instruction the manufacturer gave, which was to pull out the heating elements to clear the blockage. After all this, they had charged me $750 and the water heater still did not work. It seems this plumber did not know how to troubleshoot a tankless system on the first visit, so I shouldn't pay for that. After I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a troubleshooting guide and said to remove the heating elements, they still did not remove the heating elements. This is far below the standard of care for plumbers.
After no more than 1 hour of work and replacing approx. 2.5 feet of black PVC waste pipe, we were charged $535! Yes, they did advise me before they did the work but we were going out of town and my regular person for this work was out of town too. I'm guessing the replacement PVC was no more than $10 at a home improvement store so they charged more than $500 for labor??? They said it was a flat rate job. At the time of this writing, I still have not received an itemized bill they were supposed to e-mail me. This wasn't a holiday or even a weekend. I strongly believe we were being taken advantage of. Especially since my regular guy said he could have done the job for far less. I called the manager who seemed more interested in telling me her problem was people who complained after the job was done. Very poor customer service skills. She was a complete waste of time and seemed taken aback when I told her that I'd describe my situation to the neighbors and my realestate agent. I can not recommend this plumbing firm at all.
AZ Super Plumber is an absolute 5 stars. From Daisy in the office, to Anthony our repipe plumber, to William the owner....all class acts that provide the level of customer service that you don't see much now a days. My house's polybutelane pipes started to spring leaks, and Anthony came out immediately and installed a new hot water heater for us, so our family could get hot water again, then got us in a a couple weeks later to do the full repipe of my house. He did the entire job in 2 days, we had half of the house done the first day, so we could still use our water overnight, and he even threw in an upgraded shower head in my kids bathroom when he asked for one with a handheld. Their professionalism and truly caring about their customers has earned them, and my parents who have recently moved up here, customers for life. It's rare to find such a great all around quality driven company in the today's world, but AZ Super Plumbers is one of those exceptions. I won't trust anyone else.
charged us $449.00 for a 2 hour service call. twice the going rate attempting to clear a blocked sewer line . and never completed the job. left in the middle of that attempt and told us that because it was late in the day and were late for another appointment they had to go to that appointment. i requested that they send someone back the next morning to complete the job i had already payed for. they sent the service manager out late afternoon the next day was here less than 10 minutes and tried to charge an additional $225.00 said i had a collapsed line . the service manager said he would get me a detailed price and a time for fixing that line. by the next business day. its been 9 days now with no follow up on that promise . be very carefull of this company. charges rediculous pricing and doesnt do what you pay them for. and has no integrity on follow up. 9 days now with no sanitary options. if i could leave less than 1 star i would. will b contacting the bbb
Recently my shower pressure started declining by a lot. So I waited two weeks to get an appointment with this company and today was finally the day. They didn't give me a call ahead of time to remind me about the appointment or to confirm. I had to call to make sure they were still coming. When they arrived it was two unmasked, kinda strange dudes and they started working. They weren't particularly professional and gave me slightly creepy vibes as I'm a single mom home alone with these two guys in my house. Anyway, they said they'd change the cartridge in my shower handle to see if that would fix the problem. Well it didn't. And so I ended up paying 230$ for something I didn't want or need and something that made not a lick of difference. I told the guy this and he just shrugged and said maybe I need a new shower head. Super helpful, not. I went into the bathroom later and found my toilet seat up too. Real nice. Thanks guys.
