I had a new install that messed up from day 1, and continued to be a problem for a whole year. After several return service calls the unit still wasn’t quite right. Finally Eddie Jackson came out realizing, our frustration, he got to the bottom of it and found the problem and made it right. The techs that came out were all well mannered and patient and understanding. They worked hard all day to fix it. I want to recognize them and show our appreciation for their hard work. After identifying the issue, he explained how to make the repair and the approximate cost. Repair was efficient and technician provided advice on how to prevent future issues. Job well done.

Aux Home Service is a fantastic company! We had the main water line break leading to our house. Cody Stone (who is an outstanding young man) responded almost immediately. The Aux team (Jeff Noland, Kevin Crowley and others with Cody Stone) turned off the water and spent the next three days removing rock and dirt to get us a new line. They even had to deal with the unexpected issue of the city of Vestavia sending us extremely high water pressure! They worked very hard and fixed our issues for the long term. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone. Sweetest conclusion, they sent us cookies a week later! Aux is worth every penny.
