Kory Sullivan with Augerpros Plumbing and Drain was great to work with. He took the time to really walk me through what was going on and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I appreciated more than anything. You can tell he knows his stuff, but he doesn’t talk over you or rush through things. What stood out the most was how helpful he was with the insurance side of things. He understood what I needed for the claim and made sure I had the right information. He also made it clear that if anything else came up or if I needed additional support, he’d be available. That kind of follow-through gives you a lot of confidence, especially when you’re already dealing with a stressful situation. Overall, solid experience. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kory again if I needed help.

5 stars all day long! From the initial phone call to actually fixing the issue we knew we made the right choice. The scheduler was friendly, courteous and assured they could help. Really put us at ease since we were dealing with a gas issue vs water (remember kids, licensed plumbers like these guys work with gas and water). As far as service, Aaron and John were great! Efficient, thorough and explained the entire process as well as the solution. Fixed our lingering gas leak in no time. Acted as if our house was their own in the level of care and detail provided. We are customers for life!

Had a leak at the street and needed some emergency service. Due to the old pipes, we discussed replacing outdoor lines causing excavation across the driveway. The team worked fast and the quality of work appears excellent. We are waiting for city inspection approval and then grounds/driveway repair can be completed . Cost was what I expected. Brendon West communicated with me throughout. He hit every timeline committed. He set me up with some temporary water service to help alleviate some inconvenience. Overall, I am really comfortable with Augerpros Plumbing and Drain. I would utilize their service again if needed.

I was GIFTED a new water heater with installation for Christmas by the wonderful owner of this company. Thank God for that because we are a big family and our tank just wasn’t cutting it! The gentlemen who came were quick, professional, and even swept the leaves out my garage before they left. They left the place cleaner than they found it! Really above and beyond!! Thankful for the love of Christ demonstrated in the heart of this company and their giving, hard working, honest spirit. Thank you so much!

Quick and professional. They arrived the day after I called within the scheduled time frame and Justin was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a cost estimate on site and was able to make the repairs the same day. He cleaned up after himself and went the extra mile to ensure that the spigots I had replaced were covered with plastic barrier until I can have the brick repaired.
