Although my home has been serviced several times by Atlanta plumbing and drain (for the same issue I believed it was over. My son and I returned home to see that is not the case. An emergency takes a possible 48 hours for someone to come out. By the time this plumbing issue taken care of I’ll be out of emergency funds… this is beyond disappointing Fourth time was a charm. Although walking up all of those stairs drove me crazy..your attention to detail, willingness to clean up and follow through was what I needed as a customer. Alema was great! Our PRV self destructed today, and he was able to come out same day to install a new PRV and get us running water again. I already knew what the issue was, but Alema was very clear about the different package options and what was included with each one. He had to leave for a while to get some parts, but with just on site labor he had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Since our water had to be off due to 120psi pressure at the garage bibb, I called a bunch of places to find someone to come out same day and Atlanta Plumbing & Drain CO was the only one that was able. Thank you for being able to come out and for getting us back up and running quickly.

I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly. The repair was made before the appointment window time expired. Very impressive! I now have a go-to plumber in the event that I ever need services again.

Amazing Service!!! I had a high water bill so I called Atlanta Plumbing & Drain to investigate. Come to find out there was a leak underneath the slab. They took control of the situation and contacted my insurance company. After a few days of digging they fixed and stopped the leak. The best part was I had a small out of pocket cost. They was such a blessing, thank Mike and team for going above and beyond for me and my family

I am thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of Atlanta Plumbing & Drain. They came to my house in Newnan to repair my water heater, new gas line and replaced my old cast iron pipes. Atlanta Plumbing and Drain were at my home within 2 hours of calling. Alema diagnosed the problem of the smell coming from the drain and replaced my Studor vent he was very efficient, polite and quick. It was done in 20 mins for a fair price. If it is fixed I will be thrilled with this service - if not I will be calling Alema to come back!!!! Keeping their card and number for future plumbing needs. Thank you

Old fashioned professionalism was experienced during my service. The serviceman arrived within the estimated time as scheduled. He quickly identified my issue, quoteed the cost, and went to work. The repair was done well and within a relative short time. The cost was more than I envisioned, but so are everything else these days.

Alema came to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my house today and came on short notice, which I really appreciated. He was conscientious, honest, and did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink drain and replacing the drain assembly on the same sink. I would definitely recommend the company and of course Alema.
