“Came in January to unclog toilet. Did not finish the job & needed to come back next day. Never came back. Wax ring was not on toilet and toilet was not caulked to ground... Then today Associated Plumbing called saying that I had an outstanding $300 bill and needed to pay it immediately. They never in the past SEVEN MONTHS called, emailed or sent a mailed invoice until today.”
