The team was excellent. They replaced our sewer pipe with a warranty of 10 years. This was not an easy task. They took care of everything, from organising the inspection to getting the permits. Highly recommended. Highly recommended.

Michael and his associate were punctual and professional. They cleaned my toilet that was backed up. Michael used the camera to inspect my sewer pipe for breaks. He found the break near my property's edge and the city line, but said that it didn't matter as long I regularly cleaned it. Repair costs are more than I am able to pay for at this time. They were able answer many of my questions and explain them in a language that I could easily understand. They were patient, answered my questions clearly and told me what to do in the future. The even cleaned the area in my tub where the water backed-up. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly. I appreciate your quick response, and the work you performed for me.

Travis was great. He explained the problem with my shower drain, and gave me some suggestions. He also tightened a handle on a faucet. I thought the price for "time spent" was way too high. The company set the price, not the repairman. There may be other companies that charge the same price, but I'll definitely look around before my next service!

When I returned home at 8pm, my only toilet was not working. The call was immediately answered. It sounded like a computerized answering service, which was a little creepy. They were very efficient, and sent me a plumber that evening within an hour-and-a-half. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Although it was just a part replacement, I thought that the price for a visit at 9:30pm (was $369) was fair. Would use again if there was an emergency.
