We needed a drain cleared ASAP. Vinny arrived exactly when he said he would, and got the job done quickly. Very happy with our experience!
I could not be grateful to Nik at ASAP Drain and Sewer! He was quick, efficient, and most importantly, friendly! I will definitely be using their services for any future problems.
Service tech (Alec) arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained what he was doing, fixed our issue and had some good advice how to permanently fix the problem. He worked consistently during his time with us. Glad we called ASAP, they had the fastest response to helping us out during the weekend and our service tech was professional.
This company is quick to come out, very friendly technician BUT COMPANY WILL BURN YOU FOR TWICE AS MUCH AS OTHERS CHARGE. Do not sign that contract. Call someone else. I paid $550+ for a very straightforward main drain clearing. No emergency. No holiday. Was quoted $350-500 on the phone as usual range. “Slight surcharge” for using a credit card… $22 more!! I doubt any 5 star review on here is legitimate. Beware.
WARNING!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! Brief summary... Besides showing up 1.5 hours before i had them scheduled. I had to hurry home (30 min from where I work), my wife already signed a contract. By the time i got home damage was done. They have you sign a contract before they do anything making you reliable for their equipment if it gets stuck, broken, or lost in your pipe. You pay them $279.99 up front and they will get give it back if you get their equipment back with in 48 hours. He said he felt a blockage with his camera and tried "pushing" through it. He double up his camera and broke the chord trying to retrieve it. Told me there was a problem with my pipe. Hired a contractor to come get his camera out. Dug down 10 feet to where the location of the camera was and cut the pipe. The pipe was not plugged or damaged. John got his camera stuck in a perfectly straight pipe. The total bill was $2100 for the excavation and repair. I did not get refunded my $279.99. Do not use this company!!!!!!! You have to pay for their carelessness and negligence. I have never heard of a business where you have to pay to retrieve their equipment.
