ASAP was able to schedule me for next day services. Nik came out and was very professional and explained how he was able to clear my bathroom sink and tub drains. He left the area very clean afterwards. He gave me instruction on how to keep the drains clear in the future. I would recommend using this company for your drain clearing needs. Thank you for your services!
I had some issues with both my bathroom sink and kitchen sinks backing up in my apartment. My property managers called ASAP LLC, and Nick was sent down. In less than an hour, he managed to diagnose my drain issues, fix them, and guide me through it and teach me a few things along the way. He was friendly, professional, and very dedicated to fixing my problem. Would definitely recommend ASAP to anyone I know for quick, thorough, and excellent service.
They came out the same day and cleaned my sewer. They did a good job his tools were neat he cleaned up after his work. I seen Asap had this new shop down the road on kimberly ave. So far I can say welcome to the community. I would use them again.
I am completely unsatisfied with the information I received from ASAP. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They are scammers, DO NOT HIRE THEM! I had a sewage back up and called them as they were the only ones who could get out to for lack of better words, come out ASAP. Yesterday, I had Nick stop by and advise me that I had a collapsed pipe in my sewer line. He showed me his gloves after he attempted to clean out the sewer line, stating that there was clay buildup, which states the pipe had completely collapsed. Freaking out, I contacted another company for a second opinion, and he was able to flush out my system with ease, and the "clay" he found was actually rust built up, as it's a cast-iron pipe. Basically, I paid ASAP $550 to come out to my house, not clean out my sewer line completely. He also advised that if he put his camera in my pipe and it broke, I would be liable for paying it. That doesn't even make any sense. Next time you send someone out for a sewer clean up.. make sure they go in the main sewer line. I will be canceling my check as you did nothing, but tell me I had a collapsed pipe when I don't.
I don't typically post reviews, but my frustration has gotten the better of me. I called Asap about clearing out my bathroom sink drain pipes as my sink wasn't draining at all. After the technician showed up about an hour and half after I was told to expect (I called the office to get an update because I wasn't told anything), he took a look and, after about ten minutes of work, told me that the pipe wasn't clogged but that it had collapsed instead and needed to be replaced. I paid the $125 bill (as this was the weekend) and the technician left. Today I had another company show up to replace my drain pipe. Working off the recommendation and information I was given, they cut into my drywall and inspected the pipe, only to find out that it was blocked and just needed to cleaned, not necessarily replaced (the pipe was intact). The second company quickly took care of the problem and stated the confusion about the advice we were given from Asap. In short, I ended up paying a second company to do the job I asked Asap to do, and gave Asap $125 just to have them show up and give me incorrect advice. Really frustrating, and I know my recommendations for friends and family going forward.
