Called The company for emergency sewage backing up in my bathroom. Technician called right away came out in about a 1/2 hour gave us an estimate. Dustin came back the next day and fix the sewage coming up into the bathroom. He is very knowledgeable. He knows his job very well. I hope he is recognized for his good and hard work. I am so grateful that he Did this in a timely matter. We were without a toilet and running water Thank you so much. Dustin is your man.
We had a bad leak at the elbow of our drain for our kitchen sink. Michael was the man on the job and was very helpful and professional. He replaced some of the pipe including the elbow and even put in a clean out to make it easier to snake if it were to clog again at no additional cost. He even snaked the drain. I would recommend this company. They are great and do moneys worth work!
The men that cam out to fix our drain and sink were nice and kind. Told us what they were going to do and gave us options. They took care of the drain issues plus put our sink back together that we took apart. They cleaned up after everything. We trust them and are calling them again for other plumbing needs.
UPDATE: Well, guess I was too quick to give this company a glowing review. Although I am grateful for the sewer work they completed, I'm FUMING that they are not true to their word, and quite frankly, do not care about the safety of the customers. And, the rude person I spoke to...UNPROFESSIONAL!! The fencing I mentioned, that ASAP told me to my face they would come and re-install "once the ground settled"--still not restored & they are REFUSING to complete the job they said they would! ASAP removed it, they need to repair it. I have open access to my yard from the alley, and I have caught 2 people cutting through my yard through it! I had to put caution tape & a temporary fence across it in an attempt to deter that behavior. That is a security risk to my home! 😡 AND, there's still a hole in my yard they didn't backfill, which is another safety concern. I have grandchildren who I cannot let play in my yard because they could be hurt!! I am utterly disappointed and I take back what I said... I would NOT recommend them to anyone if this is how they conduct business. They seemed like good people, but I guess I misjudged... Except for Hunter. I still think he is a good person, just working for a sketch company ☹️ Original post: l left a review with HomeServe, but I want to leave one here as well. I am absolutely pleased with the work that ASAP did with my main line replacement. They were timely, professional, organized, and courteous. Hunter diagnosed my issue and organized everything to get my sewer system back running smoothly, and saved me from disaster later. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much, ASAP! I'll see you guys again soon when it's time to put my fence back up 😁
Hunter Salmon took the video of my sewer line. However he didn’t do what he should have done. He emailed me the video and told me to send it to the city. He charged me $250.00. The city will not take the video from the homeowner, it had to come from the company that took it. The company is also supposed to mark the ground where the break is so they had to take another video and mark the ground. If it’s the responsibility of the city they will reimburse the company $200.for the video. So I feel I should be reimbursed since they will get 200 from the city. I feel they have lied to me and are cheating me. They say they have never had to send a video to the city!! The city says if they are a reputable company they know how it works and the city did know them. I can’t believe a company that’s been in business for13 years has never had to send a video to the city. If you don’t mind being cheated and lied to then this is your company. They also have Rooter Master.
