Marco provided an estimate via text while others insisted on coming out to see the bathroom sink faucet that needed replacement before they would provide a quote. Having an estimate helped me anticipate the cost for the work and compared it to the one other plumber that provided a range estimate via email. Marco responded quickly via text and made it easy to decide to hire him since his price was reasonable and he was easy to communicate with. He arrived on time, wore a mask and shoe coverings then replaced our leaky faucet which took him 30-minutes longer than anticipated since our new faucet came with a new plug neither of us knew about. Marco installed the new faucet beautifully and perfectly and I insisted on giving him a little more money for the unanticipated work and he didn't even complain or ask for more compensation. Just wish I wasn't so frugal and give him even more since he deserved it. Marco is GREAT and I am sure his whole team is also. Marco Plumbing is on my contact list for future plumbing needs.

I rarely write a review on Yelp because I don't believe in Yelp's business model. It's kind of like Yakuza business. That is, Yelp will help your business if you pay us. However, I also believe that a good business deserves a good review to get more customers. So here I am trying to spread a good word on Marco's Plumbing. Our shower cartridge had a serious leakage. We had to shut off the water for entire building that includes upstairs neighbor's unit. I was desperate to get it fixed right away. Before we found Marco's Plumbing, we contacted a few plumbers. One of them gave me the estimate of close to $2k to replace the cartridge. Then I sent a message to Marco on Yelp. He was very quick to respond and even though his schedule was tight he managed to squeeze us in to the time slot we wanted. He showed up on time, he did a great job and charged us only a fraction of what others told us. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Marco's Plumbing. Thank you very much, Marco!!

I hired Marco to replace my kitchen faucet with a new one I bought, also install a 3-stages under sink water filter system for me. I am very happy with his work because of the following points: 1. My new kitchen faucet was too wide (the handle was big) and could not fit into the existing space. He rearranged the position of dishwasher overflow and the garbage disposal power button so that there is more space to accommodate the new faucet. I liked the way that he was willing to work with the customers to reach the best solution. I am satisfied with the result. 2. Marco's work was neat and efficient. He asked me my preferred position of the faucet before fastening it up. He also positioned the water filter under the sink nicely so that it saved space for other usage. 3. Macro was able to give me the quote before coming, and he kept the promise of the price. His price was reasonable. I highly recommend Marco. I will call him again if I have any plumbing problem.

Marco was a very nice person. He asked for a picture of the current faucet leak and quoted a price and came to my place same day. It was old pipe and he did not have tools, so he said he would buy them come next day. He came next day and fixed it. I did not test it properly. It was around 8 at night. He thought it was fixed and left. Then the leak was still there, I called him. He came back in 20 mins and fixed it and tested it properly. He fixed bath tub faucets (old ones), he went above and beyond, got old tools and fixed it. Another fix was sink faucets, I brought new ones, he changed that also. He wore a cover for his shoes before coming in all the times. He also accepts payments in cash, venmo. I totally recommend him for plumbing needs.

If you need plumbing services, don't hesitate to hire this company - they are great to deal with, and most of all, deliver high quality work! I hired them to work on many different projects. They were very professional (on time, courteous, great communication) and EXTREMELY hard working. I did work with Marco on 2 large projects, my experience left me with a strong impression that they are principled craftsman who care about delivering quality work and making sure their customers are happy. Among the several subcontractors who worked at my house during the course of a remodel, this company was the best in terms of service and delivery. I will definitely hire them again the next time I need any plumbing work done.

I spoke with Marco on a Friday and he came out that same day for a look at my plumbing problem. He came over eye-balled it and went underneath my house to find the leak. He took pictures, sent them to me, and explained, in detail what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and a time estimate and committed to return on Wednesday. He confirmed the appointment and let me know he was on his was the day of and said it would be about 6 hours total work time He wore a mask the entire time, finished in 5 hours, instead of six, and fixed and replaced assorted issues that came up with the galvanized plumbing. Marco was the 3rd plumber I had spoken with and I would hire him again. Thank you Marco!!

Our sink garbage disposal stopped working and I sent a proposal request via Yelp. Marco was quick to respond and offered a very reasonable rate over the phone. He gave us an hour window for arrival and showed up right on time! (Bonus points for this!) We had several things around the home that also needed work (sink handles, shower head, etc) and Marco was able to fix those as well. He cleaned up while he worked and in an hour, all of the things in our home were fixed. He arrived in a mask, foot coverings, gloves (during COVID) and had all the tools needed. He was courteous in person and over the phone. Highly recommend!!

He also made it very easy to get a quote for the installation (vs. having another plumber come on site to quote/tell me that I need to install a new toilet). Also, a piece of the new toilet came broken, but he had a spare part to use, which saved us the burden of returning the whole toilet to the store. All in all, it took him less than an hour to install the new toilet and haul away the old one. He wore a mask and shoe coverings as a bonus. I live in a 100-year-old San Francisco building, that was converted to condos in 1985. Naturally, things go wrong all the time, and need to be updated. Marco has been available to us on an emergency basis to locate and repair a major leak inside a wall, and also as scheduled for bathroom remodeling, plumbing installation for an in-unit washer, etc. I highly recommend him , since he has been able to diagnose and fix problems in a building that he didn't know anything about when we first called him.
