I would highly recommend Arvada Plumbing LLC! Communication was fast, informative and took care of an unexpected and frustrating kitchen plumbing issue in my condo with great care. Definitely put me at ease and will be my first choice moving forward.

I had an excellent experience with Levi from Arvada Plumbing. He fixed a leak in my kitchen sink drain and was incredibly friendly and informative from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain the issue in detail and walked me through several options for how the repair could be handled before starting any work. I really appreciated how transparent he was about pricing and what to expect. Levi completed the job efficiently, and the final cost was very fair for the quality of work he provided. It’s clear he takes pride in doing things the right way. I’ll definitely be calling Levi again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a late night waterline problem. He said he would be over in 20 minutes after finishing another job around 11:30. Called to ask for pictures to get supplies and then never showed up while making me wait til 4:00 am, before giving up on him.called several times to get an eta but no response.

DO. NOT. HIRE. This guy takes money from hard working Americans and does not perform the service he was paid for. I have hired this guy before and he was good for that emergency, so I booked him again! I have even referred others to use him. I made appointments a month out for unhooking our plumbing and rehooking our plumbing during/after a kitchen project. He "lost his phone" and apparently did not write down any of my contact info? So was difficult to get ahold of to confirm the night before the first appointment. We agreed on a price for the total project, I paid him first half so he could get supplies. He was 2hrs late to our first appointment. He asked me to pay 2nd half and i made the mistake of trusting him and did so. For the 2nd appointment he strung us along for 11hours and ultimately he did not show up, took our money and did not complete the job we paid him to do. He promised up and down that he was coming/he would do the job that day. This mans word means absolutely nothing. I even reminded him on One of the four times that day that he promised he would come or was on his way, that i have already paid him and he said "i know, i will come today i promise" and then i said that I would like my money back if he wasnt able to come and he said "that wasnt necessary," because he was coming. He has yet to send me my money back, i requested it back on Venmo and got a declined payment notification this morning. I only requested half back because he did do half the work, even tho he ultimately cost us more money by having to hire someone else. Do. Not. Hire. If you want an actual professional who respects your time and doesnt take your money and run... i encourage you to please keep looking.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with and am astonished at the number of 5-star reviews they have. I had a small drip coming from my upstairs shower into the basement shower. Job should have taken a few hours but ended up being 3 days. First day Isaac spent about 45 minutes removing tile from upstairs shower, went to 7-11 and never returned, leaving a mess in my tub. Next day Levi brought his wife and 3-year-old son with him and left to get a part and was gone about 6 hours. I had to feed his child. He must have a book of excuses he carries with him because I heard them all. Said he would be back at 9 am next day to finish all of it. I asked for my deposit back when I didn't hear from him until 11:30. He showed up at 1:30 with my money (which is the only reason they got 1 star) and took his tools and said he felt "okay" about how things went down because he saved someone's house the previous day from a sewer backup. Ya, right!!

The pipes in my crawlspace froze and burst from the -7° weather, then a pipe burst in my garage, and then my water heater broke, all one right after the other. Each day, a new problem! Levi spent a week repairing my plumbing (which by no means was easy and I'm honestly surprised he was able to fix the severe issues I had in a such a short amount of time- the last plumber I hired took twice as long for one area). Everything he did was fantastic. I will say that my house is a nightmare as far as plumbing goes, I still have some major repairs that need to be addressed, and I will absolutely hire Levi for all of them. He does quality, honest work at an extremely fair price and I trust him beyond words. He literally saved me. Thank God for this amazing man and his willingness to work on this monstrosity of a plumbing situation I have. I would literally be without a place to live without him.

Levi is, by his own admission, always late. He told me he is always late while apologizing for being 2 hours late. I was ok with him being 2 hours late for our first appointment. Today he was supposed to come at 9 AM to hook up the appliances that he unhooked earlier in the week. He made a ton of excuses when we spoke to him at 1010 AM and he promised would show up today, around 230-3pm, he didn't. After several calls and a text, we got ahold of him around 5pm and he said 45 minutes. Again no follow up and we called again at 6:45pm he said he was 5 minutes away. 30 minutes later, he still didn't show up. Now it's 7:30pm (original appointment was 9 AM) and I'll be hiring another plumber to complete the job. Levi does not value his customers time and has 1,000 excuses about why he blew us off , but the one thing he can't provide is an actual time he will show up to perform the work.

I would not recommend using Levi or Arvada Plumbing LLC. Long Story Short, Levi is knowledgeable in the business but has poor time management. Multiple appointments were set up with Levi to fix our water heater. Delays started with emergency jobs he needed to be at, understandable. Very apologetic and said he wanted to make it right, so we gave him another chance, (too many in my opinion) But after 5 different appointments, on 3 separate days, delays turned into excuses, saying he was 10 min out and not hearing from him until several hours after he said he was 10 min out, he never showed. We have chosen to go elsewhere. I would not recommend using Arvada Plumbing LLC. Levi does not follow through with the jobs.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I hired him to find a leak. He wanted half the money up front. He cut holes in walls and ceilings on three floors (where it wasn't even wet) but couldn't find it. He said he'd be back the next day to finish. He said he'd clean everything up before he left. Nothing was cleaned, and he left the gas off for my dryer and water supply off for the dishwasher. He was a no-show the next day. After hours of trying to contact him, he finally called back. He said he'd be by within the hour to finish the job, but never came. At best, he's incompetent.

We had Levi out last week to replace a toilet flange that had broken and was glued to the downpipe. He made an extra trip to get supplies after I told him we had a different type of plastic pipe than we actually had. He finished the job, reseated and caulked the toilet and tested it. We're having him back out to install a kitchen faucet that has been sitting in the box for two years because I can't physically fit under our sink to install it. I'd highly recommend Levi for your plumbing needs based on what I've seen so far.

He showed up and help me drain the air out of the line to stop a water hammer. It took less then 30 min. I paid him cash $250 he promised to email me a receipt and never did, never returned my text and never answered my phone call. He did everything I needed him to do I didn't have a problem paying him I just wish she would honor his word and send me my receipt, makes you wonder?? Still waiting for my receipt Levi.

Levi at Arvada Plumbing gave me top notch service on a Sunday. Even though his truck was being repaired he met me at Home Depot to rent the pipe snake machine then came to my house to snake out the main drain and got my drains running again. He charged far less than I would have paid to have one of the big commercial companies come out on a Sunday. Levi will be my plumber going forward. I highly recommend him.

At first I called some larger companies in the Arvada area and was disgusted at their quotes for the work that needed to be done. I stumbled upon Arvada Plumbing LLC, and I could not be more pleased with the timely quote and service that they provided. The work that they do is exceptional!
