I called ARS for emergency plumbing repairs. The plumber arrived on time, gave a very thorough explanation of the problem and repaired the two leaks quickly. He was very. conscientious about his work and wanted to ensure our satisfaction with the job before he left. We were very pleased with the outcome!

I’m so happy with my decision to use DM Select to replace my two HVAC systems. I shopped around with a few companies for quotes and DM Select provided the lowest price among them. I’m also thrilled that they use Carrier equipment which is a very reliable company so I feel confident my systems will last for many years to come. I called DM Select on a Friday and was able to have both of my systems installed that following Monday. They were a pleasure to work with, from the call receptionist to the quote technician to the entire installation crew. They were all professional and knowledgeable. Overall I think they did a terrific job and I would highly recommend DM Select.

When my AC started running constantly and was unable to get the temperature below 80 degrees, I was worried how long it may take to get an HVAC tech to check it out. I contacted DM Select Services and was pleasantly surprised that they could have someone out the next day. (It actually turned out that we agreed to wait through another day so they could handle it when they were already scheduled to be in my town, but still...). Andrew showed up as promised (on Saturday), checked out the system, and advised that with the age and condition, it needed replacement. He wrote up a very thorough proposal, easily answered any questions I had, and gave me a date less than 2 weeks out to do the work. He charged the AC to keep it working in the meantime. The 3 person crew showed up on schedule to do the work, and were obviously very dedicated, skilled, and professional, as well as being very personable. The installation required extra work due to the portion of the system being located in a crawl space, but all the work was completed in a day. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work, and everything has been working well since the installation. Andrew also replaced the clothes dryer duct in the process, which is also in the crawl space and difficult to access to clean. I couldn't have wanted a better person to work with than Andrew, and they were all great individuals that I'd highly recommend.

We had a very nice young man; Evan come to take a look at our HVAC system. He gave us some options, but recommended what we had already assumed - a replacement of our unit. My husband is an industrial mechanic… he kept it going for more years than it should be good for anyway! I had great experiences with the ladies in the office - shout out to Sherry- and got a fair financing deal to make it all happen. 3 gentleman came to the house to install- my 6 and 8 year old we’re there the whole time and never make anything easy... all 3 of these men- Danny, Pickle (yeah truly that happened), and Jeff- were all very professional, fun, and all the while sweating and doing a great job making the house whole again. A total pleasure that they were in the household, and great work was done- I would and have already recommended them to multiple people! Great experience all around, honest- fair pricing- quick turn around… absolutely this company deserves the 5 star ratings I saw and gets another from us!!! Thanks so much DM!! Andrew came and went over the options available for a new HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to provide us a quote that definitely was way below other companies and the service area in our county. We did a contract on Thursday and installation done on Monday. The installation was fast and all crew members very professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and I highly recommend them. We certainly will use this company for all future plumbing/heating or electrical needs. Thanks to the DM manager and crew. Karen & Larry M
