“They were able to show us on camera and had a pressure washer type machine that was able to break the roots apart and clear the pipes. Recently at a prior home, I had several different plumbers tell me they could not do that type of service and had to dig up the lines and relay them. Arrow did not do that and did not try to take advantage of us.”
