I can't thank James enough. He was able to figure out where our leak was coming from quickly (part of our water heater) and repair it at a fair quote. I appreciate his honesty and great work today. Fabion was very knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. He fixed it perfectly and explained everything along the way.Very professional. I called Aroynd the clock plumbing and they came in 1 hour!

Before I had okay service but just the other day was not good. I had a leak at my meter, 3rd time in 17 months. June of last year a part broke and I called Around the clock, they came out and I paid almost 500 dollars to fix the leak and have a year warranty. The piece broke again this June just before the warranty ran out and they came and fixed it. I have no problem with them there, they stuck to their word except for what I found out later. But what I didn't know was the man who worked on it put the wrong piece on and after 5 months if couldn't take it anymore and cracked. The plumber who came out a few days ago told this to my husband that then said because it was on them it would only cost for parts. It was 385 dollars we paid for them to fix their own mistake (by the plumbers own words) we only got a 40 dollar discount. We did not just pay for parts. I'll be finding another plumber when undoubtedly this breaks too because like I said, this is the 3rd time they have come out for the same leak in 17 months.

They sent a tech to snake my pipe. He got it caught and on his attempt to get it out he broke a pipe. Company claims it is the age of our house. This is poor business to not cover it'. They left us with no use of our washer and dishwaher!

Arthur and the team at Around the Clock Plumbing have our business FOR LIFE! They are prompt, honest, affordable, and experts in their field; also good people, to top it off. We had recurring blockages in our main line that we finally decided to address, and after (mistakenly) calling another major plumbing company in town, we were out $500, main line blockage still not cleared, and being told that it was PROBABLY still the old iron main line which was causing the blockage and we should just replace it with PVC, for which they quoted us $8K-$15K. Needless to say, we were not thrilled and not about to commit to thousands of dollars of repairs on a "maybe that's the problem" solution. Then we called Around the Clock. They arrived the same day, informed us they would not charge us for the main line clean out unless they could actually remove the blockage (what a concept!), and then proceeded to fix it within less than an hour - something the prior company could not do over two separate visits despite charging us hundreds of dollars to do so. They were also able to tell just by the "feel" of the pipes while snaking it that our main line was already PVC and not the old iron as the prior company had tried to suggest along with a $15K price tag. Because they were able to clear the blockage, the team at Around the Clock was able to determine the root of the problem (pun intended), and worked quickly, efficiently, and affordably to get it corrected. They even coordinated and worked with the City of Huntsville on our behalf, as some of the plumbing needs fell under the street in front of our home. I just have to say, best plumbing company I have ever experienced. Kasey and Chris were here to find a leak that was not easy to detect. I noticed water in my Dining room ceiling and called Around the Clock Plumbing and they were here within ~ 30 minutes to shut the water off and begin work. Unbelievable!!!! This was not an easy task to find the pipe that was leaking, however, they were steadfast and able to find the leak and repair as quickly as possible. Their services and plumbers are impeccable and the gentlemen that worked in my home made me feel at ease through the whole process and explained everything as they worked. They are so caring and treat you like family not forgetting how to be professional. I was also impressed that Kasey made sure to call me the next day after the leak was repaired to check to see if I had any more problems or had any questions. The company office called as well to check on me. I have found a plumber for life and recommend them to anyone out there that needs some work completed. Service Requested: I requested 3 things to be looked at during the plumber's visit, he fixed one thing within 10 seconds, which is something I could have done if I had known. The other thing, he told me the company charges 1,000 to run a water line to the fridge, which I later did myself in under 15 minutes, 70 bucks and a trip to home depot. And the last thing, he told me he wouldn't look at an appliance, even though I was pressing that it was most likely a plumbing problem. So 1 star for service requested. Value: Well I was charged 220 bucks for him doing the 10 second fix, and almost 1,000 for a line I installed quickly myself, so value I would say isn't right. Quality: The people were very nice and the gentleman who came was very professional and cool. That was the only thing keeping me from giving a 1 star review. At the end of the day, I didn't REALLY see any plumbing work, so I don't really know how they are with real plumbing. But from my experience I would say look else where.

Micha and Jamari did an adequate job replacing my water heater. I was disappointed that they installed a plastic drip pan with a large crack in it under the water heater. I had to call them to come back out and this time they used a metal drip pan after reinstalling the water heater a second time. I don't know why they didn't use a metal drip pan to begin with. When they gave me the initial estimate they did not tell me that hauling away the old water heater would be an extra charge. I thought I was paying enough for them to dispose of my old water heater. Now I have to wait a month for bulk pickup to remove the old one from my front yard. I was also disappointed that the bill does not itemize parts and labor, it just gives a flat fee. ATC called me and apologized for the misunderstandings. Gave me a credit and the old water heater was picked up today. I would highly recommend ATC plumbing for your plumbing needs. They will make it right.

Very late on a Monday night we started to have toilets backup and had a significant amount of water in and outside our bathrooms. We called ATCP very early the next morning and were able to get an 8 am appointment. Jordan came out and quickly assessed the situation and said our main line was clogged. He snaked the line and cleared it so we were able to use our toilets again. At his suggestion, we also decided to have ATCP pump our septic tank. Jordan also discussed several addition things that we might want to do to mitigate future problems. Dawson and Taylor came out later that morning quickly located the septic tank and dug up the hatch to it and pumped it. Jordan, Taylor, and Dawson did very thorough and fast work at a reasonable price. All three were polite and professional. We especially appreciate the promptness with which ATCP responded and solved our problem. We will definitely use ATCP again.

This is my second experience with Around The Clock Plumbing. Neither time has been anything less than amazing. Ken came at 10 pm and exceeded literally any expectation we could’ve had. He fixed our pressure regulator valve (PRV) in maybe 15 mins and also helped us figure out further issues with freezing during the winter time (all while he should have been at home with his family). Everyone at Around The Clock Plumbing truly cares about the people that they are called to and Ken truly showed that in his work tonight. I can’t say enough, honestly. His kindness and knowledge went farther than any plumber I’ve ever experienced and I do not plan on using anyone else in the future based on price/relaibility/honesty.

Nick is fantastic! We had a seemingly undiagnosable (or very expensive) spigot problem around our pool. Another plumber had quoted us THOUSANDS to fix it and said it would require jackhammering up our patio (for thousands more). We let it go until it became a geyser and were dreading what was to come. We called Around the Clock, they worked us in quickly, and were very good about being responsive when we called to ask for an ETA a couple of times (we're those people...) Regardless, Around the Clock came out, diagnosed it in no time, and we were in and out at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. We won't use anyone else for plumbers (and are alreading getting a quote for another issue...)

They are very professional and courteous on the phone and in person. They were on time both times they came. We had a problem with a leaky bathroom sink and called on a Saturday morning. I told Dana, the receptionist, that it wasn't emergency and to schedule someone for Monday. She called back a few hours later and said she could have someone out in 20 minutes if that was ok. I told her sure and he was there on time. Jake identified the problem immediately and came back when we requested him to put in the part/faucet when it came in. Jake was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price was reasonable. I would recomment them to anyone.

Blew a pipe in my wall on a Saturday afternoon and called immediately. Casey and Hunter were there same day to get the initial fix done and the drying out process started. Hunter brought Tristan out later with him once the drying process was complete. Casey came back out with Andrew and Drew to do the full repair a few days later. All of the work was done exceptionally well and everyone who came out was extremely respectful of me and my home. I appreciate everyone who did the work and helped me. I’ll only be using Around the clock going forward for all my plumbing needs.

We have had water pressure issues since we moved into our house 4 months ago and finally we’re doing something about it. we tried to do it on our own and ended up not being able to and losing water to our house for the night. We called around the clock and within 30 minutes they came and it took Ken maybe 20 to fix the issue. He was very kind and explained everything very clearly and even went above and beyond to help fix the water pressure after fixing the main water line. They were amazing and quick help and we are so so thankful to them!!
