Came out same day in urgent situation and installed a new hot water heater for a very fair price. Our whole neighborhood uses Armstrong Plumbing and now I see why. Great job and warranties his work and licensed!

Replaced an old disposal that was only 5 years old but that was not originally installed correctly in my new home in 2020. Leaking with excessive rust & corrosion to the point that parts were rusted together. It was an unusually difficult job, but he exercised extraordinary effort to get it done. I was impressed with his diligence. He was timely, professional, pleasant, thorough, transparent with billing, and meticulous in cleaning up. Armstrong Plumbing is now on my iPhone contact list for any future plumbing and inspection needs. I highly recommend him.

Dusty is a polite man who knows his business and explained what needed to be done while giving us options. He did a fine job for us and was most comfortable to have in our house. Having a loyalty to his customers (having grown up in this area) and a devotion to his wife and two daughters, Dusty is conscientious to do good work.

$200 Over charged to change a 20 cent o-ring that took 15 minutes. We still have issues since the faucet was capped off for winter weather. He says it’s past warranty now and can’t garuntee his work. I’m not sure he even has a business or plumbers license. I’m calling the state board tomorrow to find out.

Fast, fair and personal. I had the good fortune of having my sink repaired by Armstrong Plumbing. After dealing with a couple big name companies in the area and never getting a call back, I found Armstrong Plumbing and had the chance to deal with Dusty. From the moment we first spoke, Dusty made me feel like he cared about whatever I had going on in my house and reassured me that Armstrong Plumbing would take care of the issue. I found Armstrong Plumbing from a city/community Facebook group page, 'What's Up Moore.' Someone was needing a plumber and the comments where filled with companies and individuals wanting the job. Dusty commented that he was fully licensed, bonded, and insured. He also said to be careful and to use the states CIB license verify page. I started looking plumbers up that commented on the post and low and behold there were many who were inactive and some I couldn't even find who probably never even had a license for plumbing. Now that's what I call integrity and looking out for people in your community! He and his partner are very friendly and communication top notch. Before starting our sink repair he explained to us what needs to be done and the price upfront. Highly recommend and most definitely will call Dusty again if any Plumbing issues happen.

I had a leak in the water valve that connected the water line to my refrigerator. After locating the main water valve hidden under my kitchen sink, I discovered the handle turned but did not shut off the water to the house. I turned to Google for a plumber and found Armstrong Plumbing. I gave them call, explained my valve problems, sent a picture of the valves so they could see what they’d be working with and had a quote from Rusty shortly thereafter. He and his associate met me at the house and went straight to work. A few hours later I was back in business. I’m very thankful for their quick response and professionalism. They were prompt and explained what was being done. And true to his word, the cost above the quote was for parts and nothing more. I highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing, they are courteous, honest and affordable.

Dependable on scheduling, arrival. Satisfied of the good work performance. Comparably, price is very high for amount of his time required. I hired Mr.Armstrong for labor to install 3 new faucets that I provided, and to replace all parts in one toilet tank, he provided toilet parts from Locke, that I paid him for. Total fee was $800, plus 6% fee for using a credit card added $50, told of this extra fee when given his bill. Arrived 15 minutes early at 9:45, all four jobs were complete by 10:30. He brought an employee with him, I was not expecting. I asked them to stay together and work in one bathroom at a time, which they did. Mr.Armstrong's business card has contact info including a "license #." His hand-written receipt has no business info, he signed the receipt. Hand-written 30 Day Guarantee is on his receipt.

His helper, Jason, was fantastic as well. They were professional, respectful and took the time to show me the issues and explain how they would fix them. They even took the time to fix another small issue that I mentioned after they were finished repairing the slab leak. I was not expecting that to be done today and really appreciate them for completing it while they were already here. 10/10 would recommend.

Dusty (owner) and Jason did a great job for us unclogging a blocked condensate line. They also added an extension to the piping to ensure it won't happen again (Excellent problem solving skills). I was also impressed by Dusty's fast phone response, professional and courteous texts (called me sir), quick and quality work, and appreciativeness (It's always nice to see a company that truly appreciates your business).
