During a recent freeze, we had a pipe burst and water was spraying everywhere. While the City of Cedar Park was quick to shut off the main, Ark Plumbing was the true lifesaver. After reaching out to three other plumbers who never called back, Ark showed up around 6:00 PM. They replaced the hose bib and restored our water in about 10 minutes! They saved us from being without water for days and did it for a very fair price. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great communication, very honest and upfront. Not a big chain corporation but a family business which we would much rather support! Jason took the time to thoroughly explain everything when he came out to look at our old water heater. Scheduling was a breeze! The installation was quick, the technicians were prompt and left no mess. They also took the time to explain how to light our pilot and where our shut off valve is. I love that we have a 2 year warranty with ARK and a 6 year warranty through the water heater. Will definitely be using ARK for our plumbing needs from here on out! Cannot recommend them enough!

Awesome company. We’ve used Ark for a couple of years for various plumbing issues and would highly recommend. Jenny is great with scheduling and following up. It’s so nice to not speak to a machine and go through prompts and hold for extended periods of time; Jenny is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Jason came within hours of my call, diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained my options, repair work to be done and price. He was thoughtful of our property, professional and very knowledgeable. Fast, fair priced, and professional. I had need of professional plumbing service - tying a hot water line (from a removed hot water heater) to the working hot water heater [home is a duplex that has been remodeled to single family]. ARK sent a tech the day I call. He, Joseph, showed up on time. Specked out the job & quoted me a fair price. After I agreed to have the work done, he quickly got the needed parts, returned to my home, and did a very professional job. I highly recommend ARK Plumbing when a professional plumber is needed.

We were very very happy with Scott’s thorough service today. It’s a tough weekend when your water heater’s copper hose has a leak and it’s 40F or below outside and you can’t use any hot water at home. But one call to Ark Plumbing was all that was needed to solve the problem. Service was prompt and pricing very fair; Scott came in shortly after calling and he was very communicative, informative and efficient ☺️ We’re happy to have found them and will call them with any other needs in the future!

ARK Plumbing was great to work with. We had an emergency situation with our grinder pump and I reached out to ARK because another company was not treating the situation with urgency - ARK not only had a technician out fast, the technician was thorough in explaining everything to me and got the work done with great craftsmanship. Scott and Joseph replaced my busted water heater and the timing couldn’t have been better. I needed to be at an event and wash my hair but to my surprise the water just wouldn’t get hot!! I was desperate after several other companies gave me quotes way out of budget and wouldn’t be able to fix the problem for a day or two but Arks pricing was very fair and they came out the same day to deal with it.

Ark Plumbing was available on short notice. Call was to have a natural gas shut off valve installed for gas range. I did not see one on the gas line behind the the stove and it is a code requirement. Ark showed me the valve in adjoining cabinet and did not charge me a dispatch fee. I have lived here for 25 years and did not know it was there. ARK is my plumber for all future plumbing needs.🙂

The waste disposal pipe was blocked. Problem was a belly in the pipe under the house slab. Solution required a 3x3x12 foot long tunnel under the slab to replace a section of the pipe. Required soil and rock removal creating two large piles of rock and soil. Th rock and soil had to be replaced in the tunnel. When finished the area looked like nothing had been done. Great job by all involved.
