Aquatech Sewer & Plumbing

Three days before Christmas 2025, my shower handle broke just as my daughter arrived from Los Angeles to spend the holidays with me. I contacted Aquatech and spoke with Amir, who was professional, responsive, and courteous from the outset. He came to my home the same day, arriving within the two-hour window he had provided. During his assessment, Amir determined that the internal shower mechanism—responsible for water flow and temperature regulation—was outdated and no longer repairable. That same day, he arranged for two technicians to complete the repair. They were courteous, highly professional, and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the job. When they finished you could not even tell they had been here. The repair was completed efficiently, and the shower now functions like new. Despite the timing so close to Christmas, there was no price gouging. Given the scope of work required, the pricing was fair and reasonable. I had a bad experience unfortunately. We had a kitchen sink backup. I had a flight at 2 p.m. so in the morning I called a few companies to try to get it done as early as possible. They told me they will come between 11 and 1. They showed up at around 1:40 after calling me and trying to reschedule it for the following morning. Then the price they wanted was $475 for a kitchen sink rodding. I told them that we usually pay $289 with J&S Plumbing and asked him to match that and he said no. He acknowledged that he knows J&S plumbing but said that they are a reputable company and they are not handymen. He asked me why I didn't go with J&S Plumbing and I told him that it is because J&S told me they can't come until the afternoon. I also had to pay a $49 show up fee. So they don't have good pricing and I was forced to send them away and call J&S Plumbing. J&S told me they will be here within an hour in the afternoon like they said. Also they didn't seem comfortable with the job. He told me they'll try to rod the line but they are not sure if it will work.

Unfortunately I had a bad service. We had a sewer backup. They came fast, tried rodding, but their cable snapped. They said the only way to get it out is by digging and replacing part of the sewer line. Got quoted over 5k for the job. I called around for a second opinion. Another company came out and they not only removed Aquatech's rod, rodded the sewer and got it working again all without digging. In the end, job was not completed by Aquatech. I got charged $525 for nothing.

Unreliable. Amir is nice and skilled but you cannot rely on him to show up. The first time we were supposed to meet up, he slept through his alarm clock in the morning and did not show up. I moved things around my calendar for this appointment only for him to bail. Eventually, he made a visit and actually performed decent work. There was a final toilet install required for the job and he told me that he was busy but that he would come back “squeeze me in one of these days this week”. That week went by and he did not make it. Then I asked him to confirm a date after he bailed. He said next “Tuesday morning at like 7 - 8am” I can do it. I told him it was prudent because I had a tenant moving in the next day. I tried to confirm with Amir on Monday and no response. And then again Tuesday morning. Which he committed to. I paid him $8,000 for this job and he bailed. Absolutely disrespectful behavior. Disappointed because he is nice and did solid work but he totally put me in a terrible position. I could not recommend this unprofessionalism to someone I care about.

We had a sewer backup last Saturday night. We were able to stop the water flow but had to keep our water turned off until repairs were made. We called five plumbing companies some of whom didn't even answer. AquaTech was not able to come out the same night as they were out on other calls. We had a different big famous company come out and long story short we got a short-term repair and a quote for $7,000. I called AquaTech the next day and ask the guy if he could give me some advice. I told him what the big name company had said and he explained why both of what they recommended that were high prices were just unnecessary. He explained what they would do instead and I just knew I could trust him. They came out the next day and for $1,200 fixed us all up, did a great job, nice clean up, and very professional in behavior and demeanor. I will definitely call AquaTech in the future.

Holy moly, I cannot speak more highly of Aquatech and their staff. My mom's toilet broke, and she needed a fully replaced toilet. It was the only functioning toilet in the home, so it was an emergency! She coincidentally also had another toilet in the home that needed replacing. I called in the morning, and they gave me a window of arrival to check out the situation and give a quote. They also assured me they could all get it done in the same day. Smail and his associate were exceedingly warm, friendly and helpful. They went out and purchased two new toilets and then completed the job, all within 3 hours flat (including the initial consult)! It was incredible. They were clean, efficient, and were sure to remove all debris and garbage when they left (including the two old toilets!). I cannot recommend them enough :)

The pipe under the kitchen sink became disconnected. We contacted Amir to look at the pipe & give us an estimate to fix it. He came that same day. I mentioned that our slop sink in the basement needed to be rodded out. He said that the problem was not the sink but the cracked waste water pipes. He gave us a very fair estimate to break the concrete, repair the basement pipes and also the pipes under the kitchen sink. He said it might take a full day to fix everything. Amir was available the next morning, came out with his coworker Brian and completed the job in 7 hours. Amir was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done, all for a very fair price. I highly recommend Aquatech Sewer & Plumbing.

I had a water heater that wasnt working for a couple weeks that I had purchased from H.D. and after several calls to the manufacturer and multiple visits from Amir to see if the parts they had sent me on 2 separate occasions would fix the issue (it didnt) I was finally able to get the manufacturer to replace it , Amir helped me with picking up the replacement and installing it he offered amazing service during the entire process, highly recommended them! Note, beware of certain brands sold at large home improvement stores they may not be the best quality, you are better off buying from a local company who offers quality products and service.

Aquatech Sewer & Plumbing came out the same day we called and realized we had an issue with our water heater. The crew that came by were super friendly and professional. They were very thorough and explained step by step of what they were doing making sure I understood everything. We needed a new water heater, and thank goodness I called them cause they did great job from start to finish. They are affordable. professional, caring and trusting. Im so glad it was Aquatech Sewer & Plumbing that installed a new water heater in my home and for my family. I definitely recommend.

These two guys are the best! Honest, personable, fast, thorough, etc. I don't have enough positive things to say about them! They arrived on time, got the problem with the sink addressed, explained it to me in regular English, and ultimately fixed the dilemma. Even tho they needed to get parts for the repair, they were honest about when they could install and complete the job. It was great! Any time I have a plumbing issue, these are my first and only choice! They replaced a broken faucet and explained the situation to me! 5 stars or more! Thanks a million!

Amir and Smail came to my house to inspect my sump pump and sewer drain. They were fantastic from start to finish. Amir quickly identified a simple fix for my sump pump and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also scoped my sewer line, found tree roots, and completely cleared them out by jetting the line - Smail even said the drain was “flowing like a river.” On top of their great work, they were extremely respectful, clean, and professional the entire time. They were also wonderful with my kids, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We got a visit from Aquatech today to resolve a leaking bathroom sink issue. The technician was extremely friendly, pointed out the rookie mistakes I had made in my attempts to resolve the issue, and then fixed the problem within minutes. He was on time, very eficient, didn't make fun of me or the mistakes I had made, and was also able to give us a quote on a future project we will be taking on on the near future. Aquatech will be getting more business from us based on their professionlism as well as their overally friendly demeanor.

We have worked with Aquatech Plumbing twice - once for our fridge and another time with our entire HOA issue with our kitchens. Both Amir and Rosen were amazing. They were so quick to respond at both occasions, were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and got the job done quickly! They arrived within the hour of the first call, quickly assessed the situation and came prepared the next day and fixed it. And the best part is they’re reasonable and trustworthy.
