I had a water heater issue, ejector pump valve change and needed to install new shower/tub piping. Joe and Neil were prompt and finished the job very professionally. Joe is very reasonably priced and he finished the job quickly. I would recommend him to anyone. Very polite and informative. He also found a busted copper pipe going to my outside hose! That would've cost me $$$$ in the spring when I turned on the water. Wasn't part of the original plan, but he didn't make it seem like a big deal and fixed it for me. Great honest people, would use them for anything Plumbing-related from now on.

The best Plumber!

Waking up to find my basement submerged was overwhelming, but their efficiency in extracting the water was incredible. They arrived swiftly, within about 45 minutes, and tackled the issue with impressive professionalism. The team's expertise and attention to detail left my basement dry and safe, bringing much-needed peace of mind.

I was impressed with Joe when he came out to look at my project. Unfortunately, they left me hanging for 4 weeks with no communication even though they had promised to provide an estimate within a few days. I could have been talking to other plumbers but I thought I would be working with Allison Plumbing. Now my project is delayed and I am frustrated by the disconnect between my experience and the other Yelp reviews.

My dear husband had been working on unclogging our kitchen sink for over 24 hours, almost non-stop. Natural methods, Draino, sulfuric acid and an auger, to no avail. He was adamant that I not call a plumber, but went with my first mind and decided to call Allison plumbing based on reviews. Had to leave a message, but received a call back in a timely manner. Joe came out earlier than planned and after about 15-20 minutes with a longer auger, the clog was cleared. The price was exceptionally reasonable, and he gave my husband a military discount. He was very friendly. After he cleaned up and went to his truck, he brought back our receipt. We also had a waterline that had cracked to our fridge, we just mentioned the issue, for an estimate and he went back to his truck, grabbed his tools and began fixing it. Once completed, I asked how much extra, and he gave me a price (equal to the cost of the parts, I knew as I had priced doing it myself), but said it would be free of charge as a welcome to the neighborhood. I gave him the extra anyway, as the service was great and the price was right. Hopefully I won't need to call again, but if I do, would definitely use again. I highly recommend.

I couldn't agree more with the first reviewer, Darrell. Joe's been taking care of plumbing needs for the company that I work for, for many years now. I recently needed a new water heater at home because mine started to leak from the bottom. I called and got a few quotes and Joe's price and service was the best. There were some that wanted to charge me extra for parts/ replacements and one said I can go get my own water heater and he'll just charge me for labor. Which means I would need to haul that big water heater home myself. With labor and the heater price, having joe take care of the job was a better choice! I recommend giving Allison Plumbing a try if you need things fixed at home. Joe is courteous, very knowledgable with what he does, professional, on time, honest, careful with work, and gives reasonable pricing. The majority of my reviews are restaurants only and after knowing he gets most of his business via word of mouth, I wanted to share my experience on here and give Allison Plumbing a good word. Especially seeing they only have one review so far!

I had Aquapro to install an in-line water filter, remove a small tool I'd dropped down the bathroom sink drain, and fix a slowly leaking toilet. They showed up on time (all three visits), wore shoe protectors and masks (masks at my request) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The first two projects went just fine, but the toilet was still leaking after the first two attempts, as it had multiple sources of leakage. After that I decided to install a new toilet, and the business owner himself came to install it. He gave me a really good discount because I'd already paid to have the old one repaired. What really impressed me about him was that when I forgot to ask him to remove the handle from the old toilet (it matched the shower and sink handles), he went back to the dumpster where he'd disposed of the old toilet, to retrieve the handle, on a SUNDAY! Then he arranged to meet me the next day at a location where he was working, so I could get the handle. All I can say is this excellent plumber is also a really decent guy! Thanks, Aquapro.

ALEX IS AWESOME!! Cannot Recommend Alex and AquaPro Plumbing enough. Found this company through an online search, read the reviews and reached out to Alex for an initial estimate to fix our plumbing issue which was a leak coming from our upstairs neighbors bathroom unit above us. Alex answered my first phone call within a couple rings, came out right away (either that same day or next day early morning to assess the issue for us) and gave us an estimate and diagnosis of what he believed to be the issue right on the spot. I know nothing about plumbing and Alex explained everything really well and thorough which made me have a lot of confidence in what he was saying and belief that he'd be the best person/company to get the job done right. He's a great communicator and pricing was fair and extremely reasonable based on the other quotes we received. Happy to have this resolved and wouldn't hesitate to work with him/his company for anything else in the future.

I called several plumbers, Alex was the only one who -could show up same day -had very reasonable service fee to come out -was transparent about ballpark costs for fixing various issues He showed up and was honest that the problem was small even though he could have lied to charge hundreds of dollars and I wouldn’t have known. The other places I scoped out had enormous service fees, and either refused to provide even ballpark costs or had starting costs of several hundreds of dollars. The others were also not available until next day. I highly recommend this place- honest, skilled, fair-priced plumber. Thank you!!

Allison Plumbing was the only place local to us that would pick up the phone before 9 am. We called a bunch of places around 8:30/8:45. Joe came over and fixed a small washer in our leaky faucet. He was very thorough and informative on how to fix it if it happens again. He also let us know that because it was a Moen faucet, we can contact them directly to get a replacement if it keeps happening. He also checked out our basement and let us know how to take care of a few things. He was very thorough, knowledgable, and honest. I will be calling Allison Plumbing the next time we have any issue!

I had a great experience with Joe! I had a backup prevention valve installed in the basement and had wanted him to check it and install a proper cover. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. He only charged for one hour plus the real price of the cover even though it took him longer than that to leave and pick up the cover after making sure which one I needed and to answer my questions. On the way out he even recommended a root killer for my sewer line as an alternative to the power rodding that I do every year. I will definitely be using them again!

Alex is a thorough professional and very good in his area of work. He is a no non sense guy and will not charge you unnecessary. I checked with multiple providers for a backup sump pump issue, either I was given a costly options or wrong suggestions. Alex from AquaPro Plumbing not only gave a competitive pricing, but also quality work and that too in the time he mentioned. He reached my house sharp at 9:55 and finished the work in 2 hours. I did receive recommendation from a friend and i truly thank him as I now know whom to connect when I have any plumbing related projects.

Noticed water in my basement last night. I called 3 different plumbers and while 2 of them were way over priced and looking to charge for more work than required to fix my issue (needed only a switch for my sump pump, as the pump was fine), Joe from Allison Plumbing was completely transparent about my issue. Told me the pump was fine and simply needed a new switch/float. He was very responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. Replaced my switch for me in less than 25 minutes and charged me only a 1/3 of what the others were asking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Joe is absolutely amazing. He has done it all for me - installed a difficult kitchen faucet, recommended and replaced a few toilets, my dishwasher was causing a loud bang in the pipe when pulling in water and he stopped that, he replaced my expansion tank, repaired my hot water heater, and gave me great advice on a few other things. As a home owner with zero knowledge on plumbing, he answers every last question I have, big or small. His pricing is fantastic and with all the things I've had him do around here, I feel like he's part of the family!
