Deacon was the most trustworthy and caring contractor I have ever had in my home. He stayed at my house extremely late into the evening to ensure he didn’t leave my home in a bad spot. I felt the pricing was fair, and Deacon and the Aqua Knight team ensured the final solution was seen through. I would highly recommend Deacon and the whole Aqua Knight team. By the time Aqua Knight had resolved the situation, Deacon felt like an old friend.

I cannot recommend AquaKnight more strongly for any and all plumbing needs - this company is the absolute best there is, bar none! We had a plumbing emergency this past summer, early on a Sunday morning and they seemingly raced to our home to come to our aid! This company knew we have had some medical issues historically and they were on the job immediately. Our beloved dog had died just prior to this incident, adding to the already stressful situation. Daniel really listens to us as customers and has understood certain issues with regard to a medical issue that can be problematic within our home if we get water damage - and handled it with such empathy and concern. He explains things thoroughly and provides detail about why certain solutions are recommended. He is a trusted resource for us and we never have to second guess or feel like we are being overcharged. We have had the extreme pleasure of work done by Lucas and Matt, as well! Such knowledgeable plumbers! Exemplary work by all of these men and phenomenal customer service. Who knows their plumbers (plural) by name??! Great guys!My parents also use this company religiously, too! Recently, Daniel literally saved us from nearly being scammed by a “handyman” who started to do some work for us with an appliance repair - somehow my husband and I got our signals crossed and yadda yadda yadda, this “handyman” started working on replacing our sump pump. The pump was completely insufficient in size and we were one storm away from flooding! The initial part of the job was started by this handyman and tree roots were left in the pit of our crawlspace, which we might never have seen, had Daniel at AquaKnight not checked it out for us. He discovered the insufficient pump and poor workmanship. We knew the handyman was also overcharging us based on the product! AquaKnight to the rescue, but of course! We terminated the unfinished work by the handyman and had it all redone by AquaKnight! Daniel spent after business hours and a Saturday night providing us with information on what the best solution actually was, as well as the reasons the other work could prove utterly disastrous and the likelihood of flooding! The flood could have set off issues for us medically. Daniel & Co truly care and are experts in the industry. Caring plumbers?! AquaKnight goes the extra mile for their customers, without question. We cannot praise this company enough. I always feel like a priority. It feels like family, not a big, impersonal machine of a company. Most importantly, we trust this company to provide a very important and integral service within our home, our refuge, our castle - and a castle ALWAYS needs a knight, especially an AquaKnight!

I hired Aqua Knight Plumbing Thanksgiving night because our kitchen sink was completely backed up. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they called right away and the next day Mike was at our door exactly when he said he’d be. When he realized the clog needed hydro-jetting (and he didn’t have that equipment on the truck), he didn’t make excuses – he simply said, “I’ll be back in the afternoon with the right tools so we get this done properly today.” True to his word, he returned later that day, hydro-jetted the kitchen line, cleared decades-worth of grease and gunk, and then installed a new garbage disposal we had waiting. Throughout the entire process Mike was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He kept the work area clean, explained everything he was doing, and made sure the sink and new disposal were working perfectly before he left. No surprises on the bill either – very fair pricing, especially for coming out right after a major holiday. I honestly can’t recommend Mike highly enough. If you want a plumber who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and gets the job done right (even when it takes an extra trip), he’s your guy. We won’t hesitate to call Aqua Knight Plumbing the next time we have any plumbing needs! Thank you, Mike!

Today I had an emergency situation regarding my gas shut off valve for my dryer. I reached out to Jessica with Aqua Knight Plumbing and they actually had a plumber in my area that could stop to check out my situation! Matt came within the hour 🙏 and took a look at my situation and assured me that he would be able to fix it for me right then and it would be done correctly. Well he was right! Matt replaced the old gas shut off valve to the dryer line with a new one in under an hour! He did it safely and most efficiently! Besides his awesome knowledge and expertise he is a great guy! Extremely courteous and friendly. Matt did such an awesome job and for the most fair and reasonable price! My life is less chaotic now than it was this morning! I feel comfortable knowing that my gas service is completely safe and free of any hazards that may have been had I kept trying to open/closing the stuck valve that Matt so carefully replaced. I’m so very happy that I now know a of company that is fast, reliable and extremely reasonable in pricing for any future projects. Thanks again to all involved at Aqua Knight plumbing!!! I will definitely call you again if I ever am in need of your services and I will be spreading the word!!

Lucas from Aqua Knight Plumbing did an excellent job from start to finish. He came out for an assessment and was extremely thorough in his explanations, taking the time to walk me through what was going on and what needed to be done—no rushing, no vague answers. He successfully replaced our sump pump and also made a strong effort to remove as much of the root intrusion as possible from the clay portion of our plumbing line, explaining limitations clearly and honestly along the way. It was obvious he cared about doing the job right, not just doing it fast. What really stood out was his follow-up service. When our sink later froze up, Lucas came back and used a smart, practical warm-water approach to safely melt the blockage and get everything flowing again—allowing us to use our dishwasher without further issues. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Lucas is the kind of technician you hope shows up at your door, and Aqua Knight Plumbing is lucky to have him.

The Aqua Knight plumbers have been a godsend for us. First of all they are beyond prompt. This was the first thing that made me take notice of them. If you need a plumber, they send them right now. WOW!!! They seemed to actually want to work and have my business! How many companies can you say that about? They are very thoughtful, polite, and I've come to really trust them when they gently suggest that we might need to replace something. They fix what's fixable and replace what's needed. The work that they have done for us is high quality and seems to last. Sadly, we've have to replace work that was done in the last couple of years by very bad plumbers who charged us crazy prices for their very bad work. We're so happy to finally have some peace in our home, and are confident that Aqua Knights have insured a long lasting peace. We highly recommend them.

He showed up on time which is important and he was thorough and knew his stuff . He gained my confidence as I had never used this plumbing service before . Deacon was very knowledgeable and very supportive of his company. I found him to be very trustworthy. My neighbor across the street had recommended Aqua Knight. They were right. Courteous and knew their stuff. I circled reasonable price as I really dont know how much plumbing services tend to be. I did look prices up in google for this area and it was in line with what I saw. A better word than reasonable is good.

Aqua Knight Plumbing was fantastic. Jessica the receptionist was very attentive and responded quickly to questions. Matt was truly awesome. Walked us through everything that was needed. Very patient with our questions. We got a fair price for all the work that was done as well. Deacon and Daniel helped out as well. Called with a plumbing issue at my business due to the extreme cold we experienced in the Chicagoland area, Aqua Knight tech was there in no time after I called. Very professional from the customer service rep that answered my phone call to the plumber that quickly met me at my store and gave me great preventive maintenance advice to avoid the freezing issue I had with my building's drainage! Highly recommend if you want fast, friendly and professional services!

Lucas looked at my problem and stated my options to repair it. Before he started he put down tarps in the area he was working. He explained what he was going to do and was very courteous and professional answering any of my questions along the way. When he was completed he swept up the debris from the work he did. The replacement parts look very sturdy and I don't have leaks anymore. If I ever need a plumber again I'll ask for Lucas.

Matt & Daniel - did a fantastic job of resolving the running water issue. Besides taking care of the issue, very impressed by customer service & support. Greatly appreciate Jessica for your prompt understanding of the concern and dispatching the Knights for rescue. The weather was very harsh, snow day over 8 inches, late evening around 9pm. Aqua Knight Plumbing team was there as warriors and resolved the situation. Thanks!

From start to finish the special $99 annual fee is worth it. Along with that came backflow testing, hot water heater flushing, and whole home inspection. The technician was knowledgeabe, helpful for best ways to economically solve issues, and thorough in explaining all work that would be done. My neighbor was right. They are good and very worth it! Can't wait to get all my plumbing issues addressed.

We woke up to no hot water, called Aqua Knight first thing and Lucas was at our house this afternoon he was friendly, professional, listened to us and was very caring about our unique circumstances, he explained everything clearly, he gave us a great deal and had a new water heater installed in 45 minutes! You can’t go wrong with Aqua knight! Thanks again Lucas, for taking care of us!
