Technician Riley Woodward was very knowledgeable and added a great sense of security knowing that our HVAC was performing optimally. He explained everything in great detail and didn't make us feel like we were asking useless questions. Our journey to Appleton started when DIY troubleshooting did not resolve the issues and after seeing all positive reviews, called up. That day we were able to get a tech out and sales to explain all the options. When I tried doing the same with other companies it was 2-3 days lead time. The decision to go with Appleton was because everyone on the team is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. It really felt like you were not just another number in the system. David was awesome! He answered all my many many questions and told us that our house would support zoning with one unit. This was an absolute game changer for us! We were also told it was take 2 days to install everything but, on the day of the install extra techs came and they all worked hard to get it all done in 1 day! Our system has been running strong with it cooling or heating the house exactly to our comfort level. If you read this far, in your research you might see that Appleton is slightly more expensive than other companies but, I believe you truly are getting your monies worth due to the skills and the way you are treated as a customer compared to others. For us, that was worth the extra cost. Thank you for the amazing service!
Update: Just had the Appleton Campbell Team back to install a water softner, new pressure valve, master turn off valve, and two new sinks after an expert MVP inspection by Chris. Awesome, professional job by Austin and Devon. You guys continue to impress! Stuart Deary, Seth, Scott, and "V" did an awesome job installing our new furnaces, air scrubber, and steam humidifier. Their professionalism and Competency was very evident. Wonderful technicians who answered all of our questions. The job looks super!!
We had an outstanding experience with Appleton Campbell Plumbing when they replaced the water heater in my dental office. From the very first phone call to the final installation, everything was smooth, professional, and truly impressive. First, I really appreciated that Appleton Campbell provided a free estimate. Some of the other plumbers I contacted charged dispatch or diagnostic fees just to come out. I also received estimates from Dad's Plumbing and Heating, All Tech Services, and Home Service Doctors. Not only were their quotes more than double the cost, but they only offered flat-rate pricing without any itemized breakdown or transparency. That was a major red flag for me. A special thank you to Ken Keller, the Comfort Consultant, who was exceptional. He patiently answered all of my questions and clearly explained the estimate line by line. The transparency and honesty made me feel completely confident in moving forward. On installation day, Jeff and John arrived right on time and were extremely efficient and professional. They wore shoe covers and laid down floor tarps to protect my office floors — something I truly appreciated in a dental office setting. Their work was clean, organized, and respectful of our workspace. From the call receptionist, Erin, to the consultant Ken, and the installers Jeff and John — every single person delivered fabulous, fantastic service. This is what true professionalism looks like. I would give them 10/10 without hesitation and highly recommend Appleton Campbell to anyone looking for honest pricing, transparency, and top-quality plumbing service.
Appleton Campbell delivered outstanding service and support. We were tired of our old plumbing company and their questionable sales tactics. Chris, Jeff and John did a fantastic job! Scheduling was professional and the timing was fast. Chris walked us through our water heater service, expansion tank replacement, replacement valves and water filtration system. His approach was professional and answered all of our questions. Jeff and John arrived on time, protected all work areas and final results were great. They also took the time to answer all questions with our new filtration system. This is a solid company. Very satisfied with the high quality work, professionalism and customer service.
