Apollo should be very happy having Dan and Selong representing them! They made an effort to understand our plumbing situation and were most thorough in the steps they took. There was a lot of coordination and Hannah was helpful all through it. Their level of professionalism and expertise was off the charts!

Keenan was very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. He explained things and got the job done quickly. Very efficient! He discussed the membership plan which I'm considering. I had backflow from our washing machine overflow into laundry room. It was 4th time this happened and I needed it checked out and resolved. I called Apollo based off a recommendation of their work. Keenan showed up and was my tech. He was very thorough. He took extra time and care to make sure he was able to deduce what the problem was and clear it. He was very respectful the whole time he was here. His work was excellent and he provided all the information that was needed regarding the service provided.

It's Sunday morning and our furnace didn't come on. I called Apollo and they had a technician out in about 30 minutes. Vlad did a superb job diagnosing and fixing the problem. From call to the furnace working was about one hour! It helped to be part of Apollo's service program. Vlad, and everyone we've worked with at Apollo, have been terrific. Our furnace didn't work so we contacted Apollo. Their response time was less than 24 hours. Lots of information and error codes. In the end, Valerie (the technician) figured out a spider web had blocked a small intake hose. She did a great job. Rob did a great job 👍. He's personable and knowledgeable and helped us come up with good solutions to a couple issues.

Kyle O was the plumber that came out to do work on my place . He replumbed all of my sinks and drains kitchen and both bathrooms. He was great guy to communicate with . He did great work the first visit and also the second time he came out to do a bit more work . Super cool dude. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know that is having plumbing issues . I give this man 5 star's plus for sure. Thank you Kyle O you rock man !!! Well they done did it again. Had messed up ducting in the house I'm renting apollo sent out RICKY . Cool dude to talk to super friendly came out and did a really good job thank you Apollo ylyoir guys are awesome .
