First time using Apex (scheduled for my Dad who had an urgent sump pump issue). Was blown away by Jacob B — courteous, knowledgeable, and he quickly solved the issue. Used great care with shoe covers, etc. Pricing was very reasonable, and no unnecessary upselling. Highly recommend! I should also note that the scheduling experience was great. We were able to get an appointment the same day, even when many in the area were experiencing sump pump issues due to extreme rain.

Excellent!! Same day scheduling. Friendly office staff. Stellar communication, they kept me informed every step of the way. Shawn Spurlock was dispatched to my home. A true professional. He explained what he was going to do, how he was going to get to the bottom of the problem. He gave me a fair estimate to get my approval before he started. While he worked he was respectful of being in my home. After he had done all he could do he showed me pictures of the underground broken pipe. True professionals at APEX!! Will call them the next time I have any type of repair issue. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended for electrical work. Shram B. at Apex was super helpful and knowledgeable. He did the initial estimate, helping me understand all the relevant details, and led the subsequent installation. He and Abdullah did a fantastic job replacing my original 37 year old 150A electrical panel with a new 200A panel along with the necessary exterior components. They then added a 100A sub-panel in my garage for my future climate control and potential EV charger plans.

The technicians that came to my house yesterday did a fantastic job. Amber and Ganga were very professional, knew there jobs well and answered all my questions. I'm very happy with the job they did. The finished product looks great, very professional.
