“First time using Apex (scheduled for my Dad who had an urgent sump pump issue). Was blown away by Jacob B — courteous, knowledgeable, and he quickly solved the issue. Used great care with shoe covers, etc. Pricing was very reasonable, and no unnecessary upselling. We were able to get an appointment the same day, even when many in the area were experiencing sump pump issues due to extreme rain.”
