Technician 9 was excellent in assisting us with a leaky toilet! He came out, assessed quickly and was able to complete the job within no time. We were able to still enjoy our day at the pool. Thankyou tech 9! We appreciate your great service!

What a great experience with Apex plumbing. They showed up in time, called 45 minutes before arrival (I appreciate the courtesy) Joel was friendly and efficient. He quoted me before the job started, gave me the possibilities of what and how much the repairs might be. Joel wore gloves and booties and but paper towel under the sink. I highly recommend Apex and Joel!

What an amazing group of people at Apex Plumbing! I had a complete septic system installed and they are knowledgeable, professional and attentive to all of your needs and concerns. They genuinely care and their authenticity is obvious and just part of their culture. They also did a fantastic job keeping me updated since I was out of town for most of the job. Apex is top notch from top to bottom and I would highly recommend!!!

Seth originally came out and confirmed that we had a water leak. He also provided us with an estimate for repairs.. He explained our options in great detail. Austin and his team Sergio, James and Luke actually worked on our pipes. Austin and his team did a wonderful job with installing the new pipes. They also took time to carefully remove only the sections of drywall/tile needed as opposed to ripping open the walls. They also covered the holes with plastic until we can get the drywall and tiles repaired. I really appreciate the clean work. When supervisor Jimmy came to examine the work, I asked for some documents. Before the end of the day, I had an email from the office with the requested information. I think all the representatives I’ve dealt with at Apex were fantastic and professional. Every worker who stepped into my house has been courtesy, respectful and professional. I am pleased with the services I have received so far and praying the actual work matches in longevity.

These guys are great! My tankless water heater I noticed was out on 1/4 in the afternoon. I called apex and they sent Jucoby right out within an hour or two. My unit was from 2011 and he showed me that it was no more and I’d need a replacement. Gave me 3 options and left to let me look them over. That evening I decided on one of them and contacted them, jucoby and an electrician was out the very next day and I have a new unit. Jucoby took care of me from start to finish and got my hot water back on that day. Really good guy, people like this are an asset to any company. Next time I have a plumbing issue I’ll call again and ask for him by name! Thanks apex!
