Sherri came out today to snake our kitchen line. She was super friendly and professional. She quickly took care of the issue. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Needed help with a clogged bathroom sink and a smelling kitchen sink. Sherri was amazing. Prompt, friendly, and educational! Went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our sink issues handled, but also helped us schedule our FREE furnace check up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Any Hour Services has been great and dependable. Especially during high stress times. We initially had Carlos come and snake our drains. They couldnt get through which meant our line was broken. He took us through each step to show us what was wrong. He called for a camera technician to come and see. Todd came and was a great help in showing us how the line was broken. He helped us through the process and scheduling to get the line repaired. On the day of work, James Murano came and began his work. He had an amazing crew! He worked with Arturo, Aguado, Jose Corona, Juan Carmona. The main crew who helped on the entire project which unavoidably lasted 3 days was Beto, Levy Herrera, Steve Decol, and Dan. These guys were such an amazing crew. I cannot express the lengths they took to ensure we had a serviceable system. They worked through some unknown issues that made their work take longer. I am extremely grateful for Any Hour Services for helping us in this difficult situation.

I have used Any Hour for years with great success - until today. I needed a water heater repair under manufacturer warranty. The representative gave me the cost to install the replacement cost and explained that while the repair was under warranty I needed to cover the "labor cost". I asked him how long it would take him to replace the part - he said 2 to 3 hours (it actually took close to 2 hours). When I considered the cost and the labor time required, it worked out to $400 per hour for "labor cost". I called to find out how this was calculated, I was told by a "customer service" representative that he didn't know how it was calculated - but that was the cost. I asked to talk to someone who could explain how it was calculated - he said there was no one - that was the cost. So - after 15 years, I cancelled my VIP membership.

I was a VIP member for three years. Today I cancelled. Our furnace motor died in august. My wife called and they came to do the repair. They said it would cost 6k to replace to blower motor. After getting a second opinion the cost from factory parts and labor was 1600. I called Anyhour to inform them and they dropped their price blaming a software issue and fixed it for about the same price. Their tech replaced our air filter with one that is 5inches shorter than the recommended size. Yesterday our pressure switch gave out (could be due to the smaller filter) so I called Anyhour again. They said the cost of the pressure switch was 450 dollars. I called and got a second opinion. He came up with the same diagnosis but quoted the part as 35 dollars. It was a factory part purchased from allreds just like Anyhour would have done. They do not have ethical pricing. Before you choose this company please get a second opinion. They will charge what they think they can get away with.

"So you're blackmailing me?" "Absolutely." But that's not quite right. Not blackmail exactly. I was just trying to get Any Hour plumbing to admit that they'd cost me $200 and hadn't fixed the leak from my washing machine. And since they didn't do what I'd hired them to do, they should be required to fix the leak without charging me more money. Is that so much to ask? I know nothing about plumbing, so when I called Any Hour I gave them a very general description of the problem: The washer's leaking. I was told that Any Hour doesn't fix appliances, so they referred to me to a place called Appliances by Paul, which dispatched technicians the next day to check out the washer. They concluded the leak was not a problem with the washer and charged me $100. I was told I needed a plumber. Next day, the plumber arrived, roto-rootered the drain and offered to sell me a very over-priced drain cleaner ($40 for a gallon) which he said should be used on the drain he'd just cleaned and on other drains in my condo each month. It seemed unlikely to me that BioOne would be three times as good as Drano--which it should be for three times the price--but I figured I might as well do what the Any Hour plumber suggested, in part so that if there were any additional problems, he won't be able to say I didn't follow through with what he recommended. Cost: $78. But the leak wasn't fixed. I called Any Hour again and the plumber returned, a little sheepish and apologetic. He looked behind the washer, and this time I looked too. I could see the water draining into the pan, but the pan was apparently corroded because the water then seeped onto the floor. The plumber again apologized and offered to return on Monday with an associate to help him move the washer so he could more thoroughly clean out the drain. Come Monday, two plumbers showed up at my house. I began to think they might actually solve the problem. They pulled out the washer and went to work. They spent about an hour, but ultimately concluded that they had not fixed the leak. The plumber told me that now I would have to call a plumber. When I pointed out that he was a plumber, he told me that he only does drains. I asked him about my warranty and he said this was it. What he had just done--showing up and again failing to solve the problem--was the extent of my warranty. At this point, I was getting annoyed. I had spent nearly $200 and was no closer to solving the problem. The next day, Any Hour dispatched another "plumber" to assess the leak. But when we ran a couple of short spin cycles to drain water from the washer, there was no water leaking into the pan. He smiled and suggested that maybe the leak was now magically repaired. I asked him what would be needed if the leak returned and he said the pipes would need to be replaced. "Ballpark," I said. "What? Several hundred dollars?" He estimated between $500 and $1500. This seemed ridiculous, but I held on to hope that the leak was fixed. No such luck. The next load of laundry left yet another puddle. I sent the following text: "The pipe is still leaking. So I am renewing my previous complaints. If you guys will replace the pan for free, we'll call it good." The next day, I got a phone call from Josh, the Any Hour manager. He said he could have someone provide an estimate for what it would cost to replace the washer pan. I told him I thought they should replace the pan for free. Things got testy and I finally told him that I'm a pretty good writer and that I planned to write a negative review that would no doubt cost him some business, so he would be better off just comping the pan replacement. That's when he accused me of blackmail. I later got a phone call from the owner of Any Time. I had forwarded a draft of this review to give the company a chance to respond before I published. He spent a significant amount of time talking through what had happened. He said that he believed the problem was still a clogged drain. I pointed out that there had already been two unsuccessful attempts to clear the clog. He said he would contact the roto-rooters to see what happened. He said he'd call me back, but I heard nothing more from him. I'm not happy with Any Hour. I got no results so I'm giving them no stars. The real problem, as I see it, is that Any Hour uses a process that lacks transparency and is likely to mislead people like me who don't know the first thing about plumbing and so must rely on the supposed expertise of a company like Any Hour. This is frustrating because when I finally got a look at the problem, it seemed fairly likely that the issue all along was the corroded pan--a problem that should have been apparent to the "experts" I hired to properly diagnose the cause of the leak and fix it. I definitely will not use Any Hour again and I would strongly recommend hiring someone else. Caveat emptor.

We hired Any Hour to completely re-pipe the water and sewer systems in our home, but the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Since October, we've dealt with poor workmanship, missed commitments, and a lack of accountability. Water System Installation The technicians assigned to the job were either inexperienced or simply didn't care about the quality of their work. The PEX installation was one of the worst I've seen. Pipes were only partially pushed onto fittings before being crimped, leaving crimp rings improperly placed--sometimes as far as ¾ of an inch off--raising serious concerns about potential leaks. The water valve installation was no better. They wedged a 2x4 between the studs without securing it and patched the hole themselves to hide the poor workmanship (this was the only hole in the entire house they patched). To compensate for a crooked shower valve, they over-tightened one side of the trim to pull it into place. It took them three visits to properly install the shower valve and tub spout. In the basement, the water lines under the sink were unevenly stubbed out--one was 3 inches higher and 6 inches longer than the other. The shut-off valves didn't match, with one angle stop and one straight stop, and none of the lines were secured. The entire house was re-piped in red and blue lines (cold and hot) except for in the basement shower. They decided to switch the colors (not a big deal, but shows their quality of work as a professional plumber). At the washer box, the hot water PEX line was barely attached to the fitting before being crimped. Additionally, they used plastic fittings despite telling us they only used brass. In the kitchen, they over shot the pre-existing hole for the stub out and didnt bother to cut it back and just added a 90-degree fitting and bent it back, which causes tension on the line. They also failed to install a double shut-off valve for the dishwasher. The installation of the tankless water heater was equally concerning. They wedged the temperature and pressure relief valve against a stud, leaving it unable to function properly in the event of a malfunction. Sewer System Installation The sewer installation was no better. We discovered they hadn't replaced the drainpipe for the basement sink, which leaked and damaged the drywall, which we had to replace. When we notified Any Hour, they were dismissive. It took multiple calls and escalations to get a manager to replace the drain pipe and no concern was given about the water damage to our wall and even then, they insisted on working around their own schedule, not ours. The salesperson had assured us that all cast iron pipes would be removed, yet they left a section from the upstairs bathroom through the roof. When questioned, they claimed removing it could compromise the roof flashing--a detail they failed to mention before starting the job. Underground Sewer Replacement The underground sewer replacement was another disaster. They jackhammered the foundation without saw-cutting it first, causing cracks throughout the concrete. The shower drain was installed way off-center, and their attempt to fix it resulted in a messy, poorly-applied concrete patch. Final Thoughts What's most troubling is that we, as homeowners, had to point out every mistake. The salesperson admitted being appalled by the workmanship and promised to send a team to review and correct the entire job, but that never happened. We deeply regret hiring Any Hour. Their lack of quality control, attention to detail, and customer care is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere for plumbing services.

I am from Texas. I own a home in Utah. I am in the construction industry. I am an inspector for many trades and own a construction company in Texas. I hired Any Hour for all new heating, cooling, and plumbing systems for my home in Tooele. About $100,000 in less than a year I have paid them. I was going to hire them to do more work in 3 weeks but after overpaying today I decided to look up the reviews here to see if anyone else had a problem with their pricing. I now see they are a rip off. They billed me $500 to clean out my furnace and never did the work. It's been 8 months and the work was never done. When I paid them $25,000 to replace the heater upstairs and one A/C unit they cut the vent pipe to the roof and never capped it. I just came back to the house 8 months later and the rain and snow has been leaking into my attic this whole time. I had to fix all the water damage out of pocket. I am hired by customers who want to sue contractors for faulty workmanship as a living, so I was surprised when it happened to me. I have a huge list of items they skipped as well and billed me for. I called them they are going to come out in a couple days to look at the items. My new heater drain pan has no drain line to outside the home so if it overflows my house will flood. They damaged lots of drywall and other things but I'm not stressing over that all that is fixable. Which I am paying out of pocket. I could write and provide pictures here that would embarrass this company but that's not the point. They charged me $2,800 to move one asb waste line pipe 6 inches up into an open, no drywall wall, using the same 20-year-old pipe. They did not give me a new one. I'm done with this company. They used maybe $30 in their own parts. Cut all my wall studs to the point 40% broke and I must replace them which is fine I'll do it myself. But after the $2,800 charge I'm sick to my stomach. I even paid $820.00 to put a new shower head on; 5 mins work lol, move a toilet from downstairs to upstairs, change out a sink flange. No big deal even though in Dallas that would cost $250.00 not the $820.00 Its the $2,800 to move an ASB into a wall that I have to rebuild that this company is now going to lose the rest of my rough out for to more master baths, and the finish out for 6 restrooms and other work. I hope management reads this. I am an industry expert and paid more thinking I would get quality and not get gouged. I could sue and I will win as faulty workmanship claims is what I do for a living 24/7 but it hurts more knowing you just lost another $80,000 gouging for one pipe. Yes, I'm a combat vet yes, I asked for a discount and the sales rep said you got your discount as I am a VIP customer but I did not see it. I like the workers but in the end its not the workers who are charging this pricing it's the owner and management. Anyways from once business owner to another you are gauging to the point I may contact the Utah State Attorney general to open an investigation into your company. Their are more than enough negative reviews on here from elderly people getting ripped off to shut your company down or cost you millions in litigation claims. Like I said I do this for a living and now it has happened to me. David Hill Homeowner and President of Texas Best Flooring Company Inc. Google me if you want to see my 8 pages of credentials as a construction expert witness and you guys just ripped me off badly.

After many years with a highly advertised and expensive company, we decided to try a coupon from Any Hour Services to check our heating and cooling system. I fully expected to be told we needed a new furnace (something the other company had told us many times.) Not only did they honor the low price coupon, they checked everything, and said that though our unit was old, it was in good working condition, and they hoped to keep it that way for awhile, because some of the newer furnaces made then tended to fail. That was about six years ago, and we're still going strong with our original heating setup. We travel a lot, and wanted to get on a regular maintenance program, where Any Hour comes twice per year, and keeps everything clean and working, We can call "any hour" with any trouble or questions. It has worked well. Last month, we decided our contractor may never get around to repairing the tub that he failed to seal or finding where all the leaks were coming from, causing a roof to rain on us downstairs in the garage. We also needed to replace a brand new water heater he'd installed in our new apartment above the new garage. It constantly smelled like sulfur, and the only way to stop it was to run all 50 gallons of water out of it whenever we used it. In Mapleton, that's very expensive. We decided to get a tankless water heater, because we wouldn't have to deal with water just sitting in the tank, growing bacteria and smelling to high heaven whenever we turned on the hot water upstairs in the apartment. Any Hour fixed all the issues, including black mold on the lower floor and cracks that let black widows into the basement. They found and tackled all the problems. No more leaks or spiders! No more smelly water, and no more $300/year to keep water hot when we may not even use it for months. Andrew had discussed all the options, so we decided on a gas tankless, which would require digging a long, deep trench all the way around the house to avoid tearing up concrete. (Our neighbor's was much closer, but that wasn't going to work, either. Ha!) The project began on July 10th, and the city guy finally got here July 31st, but it didn't pass. There was a gas leak and we had to call the gas company, and then the fire department. Ugg. It was due to a faulty part, which Any Hour quickly replaced. Everything is great now, and we just need to keep leveling the trench, adjust the sprinklers, then plant grass and get the lawn to hopefully grow again. We had to repair the drywall, sprinklers and pipe, but we knew that going in, and were okay with it, because if Any Hour had hired someone, it would have been much more expensive. It was something we can do ourselves for less money, so we're glad Any Hour know that, and didn't just assume we'd go for a less hassle but more expensive option. Any Hour is now advertising a lot. I'm hoping it won't change their good prices. Communication is key. Ask, and they'll tell you! Any Hour Services also worked with us on financing this very large and detailed project, which has been very helpful. When everything hits at once, it's great to work with a business that has our backs. Eric and I highly recommend Any Hour, and we weren't paid or offered any discounts to write reviews. We want others to know we've had a great experience.

Dangerous installation (see photos). We bought a house that needed electrical work, as first time home buyers we made some mistakes and Any Hour was one of them. Here's the short version: Pros: stuck to their quote, were quick if you need a quick fix. Cons: Installing dangerous electrical equipment, charging you for work the power company will do for free (and that they are not supposed to touch according to the power company), and some pretty terrible follow up once we went through their work and found what they had done. If you want the long version, buckle up, we're going for a ride. As i said, we bought a house for the first time (woot) and it had some electrical issues called out in the inspection. We got a quote from Any Hour to fix it and to add some more services as we were going to build a new garage. Dude comes out, stays for like 16 hours and busts out the work. At first we are like wow, awesome, everything looks way newer (it was a 1950s house so pretty much everything is an upgrade). This lasts for about a month, and then the lights start flickering. I am talking disco level strobe light flickering. In addition to this being incredibly annoying, it is a potential fire hazard. We have another electrician look at it, no dice. We call previously awesome dude back, says installation is totally great. Call Rocky Mountain power and immediately this guy is like, whoa this isn't right. He takes off the equipment installed by Any Hour on the pole outside and is like, this is not at all rated for this service, uninstalls it, puts new stuff on. We ask what this will cost as we paid over 8K for the installation of everything. He says no charge, its Rocky Mountain's responsibility and they should know they aren't supposed to work on it. So now we are questioning what else they did that was sketch. Lights are still flickering, so we go through every single outlet (so many outlets) in our house and every single breaker to make sure all wires are tight and everything is wired correctly. During this process, we see the main new wire coming into the house (120 amps, this wire is HOT) has tape on it. Just for giggles we undo the tape to find...duh duh duh... a huge gash down to the metal! On our BRAND NEW 8K electrical installation! (see photos) We end up calling Any Hour, and to their credit, they send someone out to fix some stuff. We then ask about all the work they did that Rocky Mountain had to redo as it was dangerously installed, nothing. I have emailed them numerous times and have not heard a response for months. No money was credited, no apology or acknowledgement. The lights did end up getting fixed, turns out it was a loose neutral wire in the main box and since we have no idea if the Any Hour guy touched it (he wasn't supposed to but we all know how that goes) we don't know what caused it and it went on for 2 MONTHS. In summary, for electrical issues, call someone else.

This review is for 3/10/20 and 3/26/20. I review most of my experiences with this business, so this review is not an over all comment on the business but for this particular experience only. On 3/10, Franco C. came out to work on my furnace because it had stopped working and when it did kick on, the air coming out would be cold. He replaced my flame sensor and filter and I was happy with his work. Because I had yet to have my furnace looked at for the 2019-2020 winter season, I arranged an appointment with him on the 26th of the month. Given that AnyHour is moving to a different membership plan, I wanted to be sure that the tuneups I'd been paying for would be done. He sent a text to the office to have them set up the appointment and told me that they would get back to me to solidify the appointment for the 26th in the 11-1 time frame. Because I didn't hear back from them, I called on 3/19/20 at 12:45pm and talked with a person named Annie to be sure that I had been put on the schedule for the 26th in the 11-1 time window. She assured me that I had and that she apologized for no on having gotten back to me. I also made sure to confirm with her that the tune up I was having done would count toward the 2019-2020 winter season so that when I had the tune up done again the next season, that I wouldn't be charged extra for that if I had the tune up in the fall/winter of 2020; which, she assured me, that I would not (this is something that Franco also assured me would not happen, but I wanted to double check). On the 26th, I received a phone call a little after 8:30, letting me know that a technician was on their way and would be there at about 9am. I told her that I was scheduled for the 11-1 time slot, to which she said in surprise, "Oh you want in the afternoon?" I don't think this should have been a surprise to her given that I knew that they already knew what time frame I had made the appointment for. Steve arrived at 11am to inspect my heater. He was quick and efficient. Because my furnace is fairly new and in generally good condition, the appointment didn't last long. I'm giving these experiences 3 stars for "A-OK". Both Franco and Steve were professional, pleasant, and proficient. I feel like both gave five star service. The two star deduction is due to the office staff not getting back to me to confirm the appointment on the 26th and also for obviously disregarding the time frame I had made the appointment for.

Had a slow floor drain in our furnace room and called to use their $29 drain clearing coupon. They came out and made it slightly better, but still slow. They tried to up-sell us on their 'hydroflush' for $500 dollars that another company offered for $200, but we just wanted them to clear the 2 inch drain that ran about 10 feet to the main line. On his way out he was asking what kind of smoke detectors we use as they also sell those, which just had a 'used cars salesman' feel to it. Five days later we woke up to raw sewage in our basement, so we called them back. They came and were adamant that it could not possibly be related, or that they could have pushed the issue into the main sewer line. They told me that getting it approved as a warranty item, was not going to happen so I told them, "Well I guess we are done her, and I will call another plumber" to which he told me he needed to call his supervisor. He stepped into another room and called, then told me it was all of a sudden approved, but he would need to charge me $200 to remove the toilet to do so. I told him to bring in his machine, and by the time he did, I had the toilet removed myself. He brought in a machine with a 2 inch blade to clear our 4 inch main line and ran it from 10 feet beyond where the original drain fed into the Main line, and ran into no issues. When he pulled it back, there was nothing on the blade. No roots, no debris, nothing. He told me that since he found nothing, he wanted to have his supervisor come run a camera through the drains to look, but then told me that they couldn't do it until the next day and we could not run any water until then. I scheduled them, but with 2 small kids, I then called Thorough Drain & Sewer Cleaning, who came out in 2 hours, and cleared not only the main line, but also the original drain to where it could take a hose running full force without slowdown. We have canceled the sewer-cam service, as we have no confidence in their services, nor do we feel like our issues, as their customer, are of concern to them unless it involves buying more of their products and services. Would NOT recommend using Any Hour.

Disclaimer: We are not a customer of Any Hour. But we could have been. This rating is on their "estimate" process. Last month, we had an HVAC replacement estimate appointment between 1 and 3; we even cancelled lunch plans in order to get home in time for the appointment window. At noon, we got a voicemail from "Billy" at Any Hour saying that they were unexpectedly shorthanded that day and asked if they could reschedule the estimate, giving us their number to call back to discuss. We were hoping to keep our appointment that same day because it's the only day I'm home during the week, so we called at 12:13, was waiting on hold for three minutes when the line disconnected. Called again at 12:16 and gave our information to the receptionist, who said we'd be called back. An hour later, we still hadn't received a call, so we called back at 1:09 and gave our information to a different receptionist, who said we'd be called back. The day ended without receiving any further contact from Any Hour--no phone message, not even a call--and there has been no contact from them since, to this day. (I did call and left a lengthy complaint with the receptionist, but I don't think I left my name and I doubt the message was relayed up the chain). We had no shortage of installer estimates, so we weren't going to beg Any Hour to come over. I was told they run a large but tight operation, so we were anticipating they'd be able to provide a competitive bid and provide good service post-sale, but our only option was to judge the company's responsiveness by how they responded to our needs for the estimate appointment. The lack of communication spoke volumes, so naturally we'd have to doubt their responsiveness for an actual service call if we became customers. We will never be their customer, but they can prevent more customer complaints by simply following through with commitments and being hyper-communicative to the potential customer.

I didn't actually hire them, but I'm glad I didn't. After reaching out to multiple electricians simultaneously through Yelp, 2 of them responded within a half hour and said they would come out to our house for free and then give us a quote on the project. Any Hour Services responded quickly as well with what I'm now assuming is an automated message, saying to reach out to them by phone: I texted them immediately, but they didn't get back to me for a couple hours, much longer than the other electricians: not a big deal, but not good either. I looked at Any Hour Services website and it says "We'll give you a price before we begin any work," but it wasn't until they responded to my text later that I asked them if there was a fee for an electrician to come out, and they told me it cost almost $40 just to send someone out to our house. While I had waited for a response to my text, I tried to schedule a time online. I gave up because it asked a lot of questions that I had already answered when creating the project in Yelp, so I kept waiting for a direct response. After hearing the cost for someone to come out, I remembered trying to sign up for someone to come out on their website and not having seen a warning about the cost, so I went back to to the website, this time going through more carefully. They hid the price at the end of a long paragraph that starts, "Technicians are licensed, trained, drug tested, and background checked..." It looked to me like some legal paragraph at first, so I just clicked "I agree" (I know, I should have read it more fully). Still, they are really not transparent. By charging that price just to come out, it forces the purchaser to consider keeping going because they've already paid something and don't want to waste it. By hiding that charge until they show up, they've hooked you. No thank you.

This company is a scam.. I felt the technician Jesse was relatable, seemed very knowledgeable, great explaining things kept things comfortable and nice-I quickly was reminded that they aren't just sending someone to fix your problem they are salesmen & are trying to get the most out of you. We needed a dishwasher install for reason being that Home Depot wouldn't install because of a piece of tile in front of the old one and they said they don't want to be responsible for cracking the tile it truly wasn't a hurdle in anyway just a liability issue. I got a quote for close to 600 dollars to install this dishwasher I was taken aback as that's more than the actual dishwasher itself. I ended up paying the $38 fee for coming out and checking and then calling another company they had someone out within 2 hours of this visit the install was completed in less than an hour for $188 dollars. Tell me how these guys are going to charge 400 dollars more???? On top of that I had waited at home with my kids for 6 hours waiting for someone to come the day prior only for someone to tell my husband no one answered the door. They had my phone number and no one bothered to call. So the next day we waited around again and that's when Jesse arrived. Jesse if you are reading this I have no problem with you but the company you work for is shade maybe that's why their technicians stay cause I'd imagine they are making big bucks tacking on the $100's of dollars. Initially I was happy about the visit because I didn't know better then I was upset after having the next guy come and see how easy straightforward it could have been.
