Very simple, Anthony was prompt and professional, helping us fix our air conditioner. Outdoor fan wasn’t working and we had short cycling issues beyond that. In additional to his technical work, he took the time to wash the coils with a hose and adjust the positioning so it could breath more. Educated us, didn’t upsell and answered our questions thoughtfully. Highly recommend!

JD did an excellent job servicing my HVAC unit. He went through his findings in detail and made recommendations for preventative maintenance. My interactions with JD were professional, courteous, and considerate as I was working from home at the time. Overall, a great experience and would recommend!

Made an appointment to have two toilets in my house fixed. I was told they couldn't narrow down a time but they would call or text a half hour before they arrive. I took the day off of work. When I hadn't heard anything by 1 pm, I called the company and was told I was still on the schedule. At 4 pm, I got a call saying no one would be coming, the tech got stuck at another job. Called the company and at first was told I was still on the schedule but then was forwarded to a tech who said they could try again tomorrow. I told them not to bother. I wouldn't recommend this company, I've never had a company not show up.

Keith was the technician that came to our home for a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, explained things, made suggestions and did a perfect job. Anthony’s has always given us first rate service and that continues.
