I am glad I started using this company after purchasing a new home in Pasadena. I started using them initially for my annual backflow water testing required by the county; they were significantly cheaper than other plumbers I called… I recently had an emergency leak and they were beyond excellent! Jeff & the company saved me and my house by also connecting me with a water mitigation company that was equally responsive and they immediately came to my house that same day once the plumbing portion was repaired. Any time I call Anne Arundel Plumbing, they are extremely friendly, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgable, and respond very fast! Highly respected and strongly recommended!!

We had a small basement flood and Anne Arundel Plumbing came and immediately identified the issue. After a few bad experiences with other companies, I located them and I have never used anyone else in the last three years. They are friendly, patient, respectful of your property, and won’t cheat you for the work that they do! I will never use another Plumbing company as long as this company is in business! Called on a Thursday to have a new dishwasher installed. Jeff said he couldn’t do it Friday but he could Tues or Wed. He said he would call. We called him Wednesday and he said he could do it Thursday and would call in the morning to set up a time. Never called. We called Chesapeake Plumbing on Friday. They came Monday Morning. Did a great job. Don’t waste your time with Anne Arundel Plumbing. If he didn’t want to do it just say so!!

Don't recommend this company for gas plumbing gentleman answered the phone to tell me that they're too busy to do a job that I want in July when it's December All I needed was a gas water heater Installed and also the plumbing for the gas ran to the outside of the house

We purchased a home after moving to the area and were not familiar with sump pumps and ground saturation, so we really didn't know where to start when our crawlspace was flooded with standing water. We were left frustrated after a different company never showed for over a week and didn't know what to expect when we reached out to Anne Arundel Plumbing. This company is truly amazing...knowledgeable, responsive and well priced services! The owner was patient and listened to my long and overly explained description of our situation while promising to visit our home the same day...expectations were exceeded when his son arrived within the hour and the work was completed just as quickly. It was reassuring to find these true professionals that went above and beyond in resolving our issue. To be treated so well even as a new customer left me appreciative that this family is out there serving our community in such a stellar manner. I called Anne Arundel Plumbing to repair a leaking tub spout and to correct low water pressure in my shower. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they did not charge a fee to come out and assess the situation. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that both of my shower diverters had lifetime warranties and advised me to call the manufacturer to get the parts at no cost. When I advised Jeff that I could not reach a representative at the manufacturer, he immediately contacted one of his suppliers who contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and I received the parts a few days later. As soon as I informed Anne Arundel Plumbing that I had received the parts, they came out immediately to complete the repair. They went out of their way to save me money and to accommodate my schedule. They are extremely responsive, professional and competent and their rates are much lower than other companies I have used, especially the big local plumbing companies. I have always prefer small family owned businesses and this was no exception. It is obvious that they care deeply about doing a good job for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend Anne Arundel Plumbing!!!

I had to have my Backflow Assembly tested and my neighbors recommended Anne Arundel Plumbing. I called several vendors and Anne Arundel Plumbing was the most reasonable. I called and spoke with Jeff Senior and had an appointment for the next day. Jeff Junior arrived and informed me my Backflow Assembly was not testable and since it was installed in 2016 before non-testable Backflow Assembly was banned, I was grandfathered in from requiring yearly testing. However, my Backflow Assembly is required to be replaced every 5 years. Jeff replaced my Backflow Assembly the next day in less than an hour. The quality of the work and replacement Assembly was excellent. Throughout the entire process, both Jeff senior and junior answered all my questions and explained things clearly. I will continue using Anne Arundel Plumbing for all my future needs because of their excellent service, competency and rates.

In as few words as possible, I've had plumbers come to my home in the past and not once have I been satisfied with the work done, it was horrible. In one situation the plumber actually made things worst, I told him to leave my home and not dare ask me for any payment. There's an old saying that "THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS WORD OF MOUTH". I have to say this statement is so true. I got Anne Arundel Plumbing to come to my home for a small job. They arrived as scheduled and Jeff the plumber was very personal and professional. His handling of my plumbing issue shows me that he takes pride in his workmanship, and most importantly that he cares for his customers in the quality of work he did for me. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend Anne Arundel Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company. David T

Having trouble with my water heater, I called Anne Arundel Plumbing and left a message with details of my problem. A few hours later I got a return call. He completely understood my issue and explained how they could repair (rather than replace) it, told me how I could reset the internal breaker to get hot water and offered to come out in several days unless the reset workaround didn't work. This was a perfect solution for me. As promised, he called me at 8am on Monday morning and the team arrived 10 minutes later. The guys drained the tank and replaced the thermostats and heating elements (at least one of which had developed a leak) and I was back in business with little interruption. This was terrific and a very cost-effective alternative to replacing the entire water heater. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

So the hot water stopped being hot on Monday night. Hubby swears he can fix it as it's "probably just the sensor". So we order and wait for the arrival of FedEx. Meanwhile two days of showing at my parents. FedEx truck arrives today with the part and (shocker) it does not fix the problem. The problem being a 10 yr old hot water heater that had just given up the ghost. So I google and come up with the first name and it's these guys. I send up a prayer and call at 3:30. Time is now 6:15 and we have a new hot water heater and hot water. #miracleshappen It might have helped that the owner lives around the corner but talk about prompt! Great service. They wore masks and worked quick. They treated us well and were open and straightforward with us. I guess we have official plumbers now.

Worked with this company for 4 years -- used annually for back flow testing and once for a water heater issues, exceptional customer service. So we started recommending them to all of our neighbors! BUT Something has changed (Aug 2025). Called for an appointment, left a message without a call back so we called again the next day and were told they were busy that day and didn't know when they could come out and never heard anything again. They really let us down and I'm embarrassed we started recommending them. One of our neighbors called recently and also never got a call back. Not sure what's changed but we will use another company from now on. What a shame.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail--Jeff hauled away the old sink and cleaned up all the packaging, leaving everything spotless. It's hard to find this level of service these days. We've used Anne Arundel Plumbing several times now and been extremely satisfied each time and I can't recommend them enough. Both courteous and professional, they will even try to save you money if they can. In fact, one time we called the father suspected what was wrong and told my husband how to easily fix it himself so they wouldn't have to come out and charge us for a service call. Not every company would do that. More recently we had a major issue with needing our water line replaced and we are very satisfied with the price and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if you are having issues!
