I can’t recommend Angle Stop plumbing enough. They were actually able to give me a quote over the phone. All other services I called were not able to give quotes and were at least $70 just to come out. They showed up early to my appointment. I was getting a toilet swapped out and they completed the job in a little under an hour and a half. Jim, my employee, was incredibly friendly and gave me updates during the process. My new toilet now runs seamlessly and I actually paid UNDER what was quoted. I am forever an angle stop plumbing customer!

Jim from Angle Stop Plumbing was outstanding. He arrived early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and repaired my parents’ hot water heater with a high level of professionalism. He took the time to explain every step to my Dad, which we really appreciated. His customer service and technical expertise are exceptional. We had Jim (Angle Stop) install a new Navien tankless water heater, upgrade our natural gas main line, install an iSpring whole filter and descaler and install an automated water shutoff that integrates with our home automation system. He did an excellent job - honest, hard worker, on time and on-budget. He even fixed a toilet we were having an issue with that had a pipe knock every time it was flushed. I selected Angle Stop because Jim was straightforward and told us we needed to upgrade our main natural gas line feeding the branches in our house in order to avoid issues with the new tankless heater. The other vendor we obtained a bid from said we could get by without the upgrade. I trust Jim and his expertise - I didn't want to have issues after the install - so we took his advice. We are definitely not sorry - the peace of mind is worth the extra cost. Even with doing the gas upgrade, Jim's bid was still well under the other vendor. We highly recommend Jim Nephew and Angle Stop Plumbing!

I do not typically leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to do so. I can say with all honesty that Jim was certainly an answered prayer. Our Noritz tankless hot water heater started shooting codes and stopped working right before my son was coming home for a vacation. I was given Jim’s name and number through Noritz yesterday, and he was able to come out today. We have been doing construction on our home for years, and I can say that I have never met someone in home repairs that was so professional, kind and honest. He not only diagnosed the problems, but took his time to check to see if a part (we will need in the future) was under warranty, and when it wasn’t he was able to find the part that we needed at a lower price on line. He was also able to do a decaling on it while he was here because it had not been done. He truly was an answered prayer.

I had a leak in kitchen ceiling beneath upstairs bathroom. Mr. Jim repaired it. A previous plumber had used a plastic flange installing the upstairs toilet. Mr. Jim used a metal flange. He also came in under estimate cost! He has installed a bath/shower in another of our bathrooms. He installed our dishwasher. We are very impressed with his quality of work. He gets the job done the first time. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to his craft! I've been through other plumbing companies and felt that they were trying to take advantage of me. I highly recommend Angle Stop Plumbing!!

Jim, of Angle Stop Plumbing, was on time, well qualified, professional and personable in his approach to solving my various plumbing issues. He brought everything he needed to complete the jobs correctly the first time including towels to cleanup any drips along the way. As he completed each task, he checked for leaks, and, where applicable, customized the installation of new components to fit our preferences, and explained how to maintain our systems for maximum life going forward. I am so happy I found this company. Angle Stop is great. Jim is so kind, always professional, efficient in his work, and honest—thank God! While renovating, I’ve had to call on him several times—more than my initial reason for needing a quote. Our renovation has been very frustrating, but it’s so helpful and comforting to know the plumbing work that’s needed is being done right, and he’s not trying to overprice or rip anyone off. Excellent service! We had Jim come out on 2 days notice to check for a suspected leak. He arrived on time, let us know what he was going to do, and got to work right away. In the crawlspace he found a major leak in our pipes that had been causing our water bill to skyrocket! He made the necessary repairs and at a fair cost. Jim was helpful in explaining to us what we could to maintain the plumbing better, and answered all of our other questions. Highly recommend Angle Stop Plumbing and we will be calling Jim back in the future!

Water heater started leaking heavily so I called Angle Stop at around 8:30 am. Jim showed up by 11 and was done by 1. Left the area clean and took care of everything quickly. Jim took the time to show me what was happening as well as show me how to operate and properly maintain the new device to keep it running for a long time. Cannot recommend enough and will use again in the future if I have more plumbing needs. Price was very reasonable. A 50 gallon basic Bradford White fully installed for about $1350.

Very helpful and friendly . Jim was trustworthy , did not try to upsell us and was very helpful. He told us everything we needed, pointed out important info and was able to help us same day! We definitely will use them again. They sell Bradford White water heaters, which are the best and longest lasting water heaters. We did our research and these water heaters are the way to go, and Angle stop had one in stock for us to install in just a couple hours. We are very happy with Angle Stop! They are angels!

10 stars if I can. Had a nonemergency, plumbing problem. I filled out the form online and within minutes got a response. Set an appointment for the next day. I got an appointment time and got a phone call. about 20 minutes before Jim arrived. Jim listened to the problem and diagnosed the problem within minutes and cleared the drains. awesome job!!! Jim is a navy veteran And a great family man. Great family owned & veteran owned company.
