From start to finish, I am super impressed with AndPro! I can definitely tell why they have been voted Best in Claremore for 3 years in row. I’m a new customer and called yesterday for a couple repairs. They were here today, evaluated, and completed the work very quickly. AndPro has been in constant communication, including a picture of the tech in text message when he was on his way. Our tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a long list of plumbing repairs that needed attention, including installing two owner-provided faucets, repairing a Delta Roman tub faucet and adding shutoff valves, replacing a toilet wax ring and tank repair kit, replacing hot-water shutoff valves under multiple sinks, and repairing several exterior spigots. Our technician, Stephen H., was courteous, professional, and did excellent work. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t focused on upselling—just on getting the job done correctly. He did offer a few relevant recommendations for additional repairs that made sense for this visit, but he never overinflated the urgency or pushed unnecessary work. He kept it honest and straightforward. I would highly recommend AndPro Plumbing and Drain, and we will definitely be using them again for the next phase of work.

I called this morning because my water lines were starting to not want to drain properly. They came out within just a few hours. The sent me a text message with an approximate time, then another message when they were headed my way. The servicemen were very professional, friendly and clean. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They had my issues resolved quickly and didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company.

We had a non-emergency, but definitely inconvenient drainage backup in our kitchen in Owasso, OK. Contacted AndPro, and they arrived the next day. Stephen Hutton contacted us when he was on his way and did a great job of communicating throughout the visit. This company is amazing! We had a plumbing emergency during this cold weather and And-Pro was onsite within an hour. Joshua was fast and efficient and got the job done! There are 24 horses 🐎 that are thankful they have fresh water tonight.
