I have been using AMY Home Services for 18 years !! I currently have (3) products a water heater, air conditioner and furnace. Good products reasonably priced and great service. The air conditioner and furnace come with 10 year warranties. I’m signed up with a service agreement that covers annual inspections to keep these products under warranty. The crew always offers great tips on what home owners can do to minimize service calls. I’m a happy customer.
We have been clients with Amy Home Services for more than 10 years and have used them for electrical, HVAC plumbing. Don't think there is anything in our house they have not touched!!! Techs always reliable and get the job done. Would not consider ising anyone else! Highly recommend!!
Had the last thing you want during a cold wave with our boiler giving us no heat to the entire house and Justin was able to come out quickly and troubleshoot the issue. Ended up being a rather simple fix in form of a malfunctioning damper, but Justin was also able to temporarily provide heat to house while we waited for the part to arrive. When it did get here the replacement was about as quick as you could ask for and at a very reasonable price. Ended up having a circulating pump that was also on the way out and got that fixed as well. Given the age of my home and it being worked on by a good handful of contractors throughout the years Justin handled everything very professionally. My favorite part is he not only fixed our issues, but was thorough in explaining how he also detected the issues so these things can be better avoided in the future. Highly recommend!
