Had a issues with drains backing up in Shower so I submitted a work order and later a Tech did call me and came right out to fix the issue it only took him 30 mins to diagnose and fix the drainage issue we had A+ Service and Customer care p.s you can't fix every issue but trying too helps

Mark and his team did a Stand Up Job on converting my electric water heaters to a single gas thankless system. I will be using them for my kitchen and 4 bathroom remodel. This was a big conversion that involved gas and water line installation throughout the attic and into several rooms. The installation team had a good knowledge of the house structure and they navigated through the obstacles that arose. They took care of all the permits paperwork with the county.

I have owned a new Adams home for one year that Amore plumbing did the new construction plumbing installation. After one year I am dealing with leaks under the kitchen sink. First it was loose pipes which I fixed. And then a week later it is a leaking seal at the base of the sink. Since it just passed the 1 year warranty date, we have to call a plumber to fix this—- and it won’t be Amore Plumbing!!

This was the company that my home builder dr horton contracted to handle the plumbing in my new home. This is a brand new home and I have already had my hot water heater swapped out once and I continue to have issues with the hot water running out after a short time. When they removed the old water heater we uncovered a chicken bone left behind it. We have had issues with the master bathroom shower floor sinking when walking on it. Apparently they hire outside vendors to do repairs to the showers. The company that came out and looked at it and said they had to order a kit to repair the shower floor. We waited for them to contact us to set up the repairs, but no one ever did. I finally reached out to them and they seemed confused as to what I was talking about, but mysteriously located what they needed to do the floor. They finally came out and did the repair and we had to wait 72 hours for it cure. We waited longer than that hours until we finally used it. I heard some cracking and popping sounds when I first walked on it, but I assumed it was ok. I assumed it was maybe settling in. Fast forward a month later and we now have spider cracks all over the shower floor. I reached out to Dr horton and put in a claim and they sent it over to amore plumbing. I called them the next day and was told that they needed to speak with the owner about my situation. I never got a call back from anyone. I eventually tried to call them, but am not getting a response. This company has been out to my home many times for the same plumbing issues. They try and make you feel like your stupid instead of trying to correct things and do things properly. The home that I purchased has 1 piece shower and it’s very cheap quality. They kept telling me it’s better than the 3 piece that’s in the model home, but after speaking to various people they all say the 3 piece shower is much better quality and more durable. It is also smaller than the one in the model home. When I questioned it They gave me an excuse of that’s all they could get ahold of at the time and that supplies will vary. I’m beyond upset with this company and also the builder. I’ve been in the house going on 6 months and I am still having issues.
