George from American Rooter was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the entire water heater installation process and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. Excellent customer service!

My expansion water tank went bad so I went online to Thumbtack and hired American (Georgia) Rooter Services to get it replaced. The contractor (Jay) did amazing work on the replacement tank and pex piping. He encountered a rough time accessing my main water shut off valve due to the city but handled it like the pro he is and conquered the job. Im very happy with the outcome and the customer service. Im very sure the water pressure in the house and bill will reflect that happiness as well! Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

I contacted American Rooter Service for my failed sump pump and was scheduled the next morning (at my convenience) for a 10am -12pm window. Angel and Chris arrived promptly at 10, diagnosed and clearly explained the issue, and had it repaired for a fair price in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional and wonderful to work with and were finished long before the 12pm window closed. Happy to have reliable plumbers in my address book to refer to friends!

Showed up on time and did the job for my in wall pinhole leak which already have am insurance claim. Assured me that I will get reimbursed the total I paid this company by the insurance with the way they make their invoices. The person who said also said they will refund me the difference if I don't get the money from the insurance company. Took me more than a week just to get a legible invoice from this company that can be accepted by the insurance. Guess what? Insurance company only reimbursed me for 63% of the total invoice. I contacted the same person who came and said about reimbursement to ask the refund. He will not honor what he said. They can do the job but beware of what they say to hook you to do the job. I told him to keep the money and live with the dishonesty. Why is it so difficult to find an honest company these days?

Our water bills and usage escalated so I hired the company to do an initial leak detection and the repair of my main water line just outside the entrance to the house. Apparently, a tree root had caused the pipe to leak .48 gallon per minute even though there was no water pooling outside. Stiliyan and his partner arrived promptly at the time I requested and were very neat, efficient and professional in completing the repair. They also replaced a leaky toilet valve for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a bad water leak underground on my property. Much thanks to Christian, Field Supervisor and his team (Leo and Joel) who were very efficient in taking care of replacing the waterline piping from the meter into my crawlspace. From the moment they arrived in my home, they were professional. They were informative and willing to answer any questions that I had putting my concerns at ease. I greatly appreciate the integrity that they displayed. I will surely recommend their services to others.

There was a new leak from my water heater. I was out of warranty and nervous. I contacted Thumbtack and was connected to George of American Rooter Services. He was amazing! He explain the issues and what needed to be done. Update: We had Paul and Pres come back to install a second floor gas line for our dryer. And again!! They knocked it out of the park with their professionalism and commitment to excellence. They were knowledgeable, tidy and kind. Always a great experience with this company! Tony and his team were awesome at handling our leak in the attic! Extremely professional and speedy! Couldn’t ask for better service!

George the plumber was very professional and explained what was needed to install the water heater which I appreciated. He told me what this job entailed and installed the water in a couple hours. I was very satisfied with the job. He also came before to my home and replaced my toilet and was very professional and efficient in the installation . I will definitely request this company for plumbing again.

I was very satisfied with the service received. Plumber found the problem very quickly and repaired it in no time. Had been dealing with this problem off and on for nearly 3 years. We had a leak in the main water line running into our house. Jason from ARS came out, did an assessment and we agreed to have them replace the original water line running from the water meter to the house. The team showed up the next morning and was done in four hours. Amazing service, very respectful and happy employees. Highly recommended!
