My air conditioner was leaking water. Tom cared for the issue with superb professionalism. He was responsive and identified the problem with his great knowledge of hvac systems. He effectively remediated the issue by adjusting the internal mechanism to drain appropriately within the unit and installed needed piping to allow the water to drain out of the unit correctly.I highly recommend this business for knowledge of plumbing and other systems and the assurance that the job will be done right.

This company i feel is the best service company out there. The service is fast and professional. The plumber was very good at explaining the cost and what you get for your money. The installers called to let me know they were on there way. Once they arrived they covered the floors and cleaned up everything before leaving. Also offer up to 18 months no interest and no payments. The A/C was installed in one day including enlarging the return, replacing some of the ducking, adding Carbon monoxide sensor and new top of the line Thermostat.

Not a true Lompoc plumber—beware. This company is based in San Luis Obispo and just work in Lompoc. I clearly explained the work I needed over the phone, but when the plumber arrived, he said they don’t even offer that service. I was still charged a visit fee, even though they knew ahead of time what the job required. Total waste of time and money—I had to call a different plumber the next morning to actually get the job done. Don’t make the same mistake.

I appreciate this company commitment to doing things the right way. I had one of their plumbers, come out and he did quality work. He was helpful and personable. We later learned he accidentally had left the washing machine drain pipe detached while running tests. We ran the machine and it flooded my sons room leaving the carpet ruined. I let this company know and Aaron reached out quickly with a hearty apology, and they replaced the carpet in the room. While that could’ve been a bad situation they were reasonable and showed their commitment to clients even when they make mistakes. I appreciate them and would recommend them to friends.

We had a clogged drain in the same spot for the second time in 3 years. This company fixed the problem for us for $190 a few years ago. Since the price was reasonable and they were able to complete the first time, I decided to give them the business again. Same fix this time and they charged us $385...hard to believe that they can do business like this in a tough Houston economy. Important to note that they fixed our clogged drain but I'll be doing business with another company next time.

Rather belated post, but we had a fantastic experience with the owner of this company! He was both professional and flexible, working to find a time that would best fit my schedule. He offered a quote with a ceiling price so that there wouldn’t be surprises, and agreed to work with me in case of any changes. He and his associate came out and completed the work quickly and efficiently, and was both kind and polite. This experience was such a blessing!

This company fixed my bathtub faucet that was leaking and not working properly. Another plumbing company had told me that I needed to replace the whole system. This would require going into the wall and be very costly. This company was able to fix the existing system and it works great. They were fast, courteous, and saved me from unnecessary expensive repairs. I highly recommend this company!

The plumber has a throw back attitude toward customer service. If he tells you something, he means it and will follow through. He is prompt with returning messages. The soft water installation was done expertly. He answered follow up questions two weeks after the installation, taking the time to make sure I understood. I would recommend this company without question.

I have used this business several times now. The customer service is excellent and they take the time to make sure you are taken care of right. From the service call to the repair man that came out the service was amazing. I just think it's important for business to be handled in this fashion and I appreciate it thanks everyone!!

I’ve had a lot of plumbing related issues due to having an older home, but Hope has been fantastic to work with every time. I don’t know how they hire such amazing people, but the Plumbers were great.
