Highly recommend American AC Heating and Plumbing. Alex Dominguez was amazing, and super thorough! My husband and I were lingering around trying to watch what the issue was and he was so informative and helpful. He gave us suggestions on how we could cool the house more effectively and things to help extend the life of our systems. We signed up for their membership and all the services (system inspections and cleanings) you get are so worth the price and we even got a discount on the service for signing up.

I had a great experience with my service technician, Jonas Roper. He did a very thorough job inspecting and servicing my HVAC unit, making sure everything was running properly before he left. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. On top of that, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I really appreciate the quality of his work and the excellent service he provided. Highly recommend!

Hello, all...I hope you're reading these reviews before picking a Company to service your needs. ONCE AGAIN...American AC & Heating has done it again!!! Thank you to Deisbin Morales & Justin Rocha for spending their early morning thru the early afternoon installing our NEW water heater, updated wiring and plumbing. They met quite a few challenges but busted thru them quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. The cost was definatley worth the amount of detail and hard work that was put into the final outcome! OUTSTANDING!! Clean up & removal of the OLD heater, was also a plus! Again...we will remain LOYAL to this Company and their incredible TEAM for all they promise and deliver... ...See you soon for our annual AC refresh! Best, Michael & Johnnie

Update: They reached out the day after I posted my review. In hindsight, I should have contacted them as soon as I noticed the issue. They came out to assess the situation and fixed it immediately. They installed a tray under the condenser to collect the water and created a hole in the ground to allow the water to drain, which should help keep my yard dry. It seems like the solution will work well. Original: I’ve been a customer for 20 years and have spent a lot of money with this company, but this latest experience has been the worst I’ve ever had. They replaced my gas AC condenser with an electric one in December 2025 and promised it would be more efficient. Instead, it leaks so much water that it creates huge puddles on my patio—something my old unit never did. It’s now a safety hazard for my granddaughters and a constant headache for me. For six months, I’ve called over and over, left messages, and spoken to multiple employees. Not one manager has called me back. Not one. The unit is still under warranty, and my contract even says they will return my money if I’m not satisfied. Yet they refuse to respond. I’ve asked them to either reinstall my old condenser (which they no longer have) or move the new one to a safer location. After spending nearly $40,000, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I’m beyond frustrated and honestly afraid to even turn the AC on because of the mess it creates. This company used to be reliable, but this experience has been a huge disappointment.

Frank from American Air provided truly exceptional service. He came out within just a few hours of our call, despite the challenge of heavy Friday evening traffic, which we deeply appreciated. He quickly and confidently diagnosed the source of our AC issue, took the time to show us exactly what was happening, and clearly explained the options for repair. What stood out most was his integrity. He made every effort to work with the existing unit and only recommended replacement if absolutely necessary after proper testing. It was clear that his priority was doing the job correctly while also saving us money whenever possible. He also made sure to get us scheduled promptly for the larger repair. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise, honesty, and responsiveness, and would highly recommend Frank and American Air.
