My Wife and I were extremely happy with the service that was done. Plumber was prompt and very Professional. He explained all the work throughly and was also very Knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend Ambition Plumbing to everyone I know. If I have further issues, I'm definitely using them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Ambitious Plumbing. They came out today and stayed until the job was actually done. Another company had already been out twice, and on the second visit tried to charge me $7,000 for a repair that Ambitious Plumbing handled simply by being patient and knowing what they were doing. Lazz was the technician who came out today, and he was outstanding. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, didn’t rush, and worked through it methodically until it was fixed. The whole job was completed in about an hour, not days. Honest work, fair pricing, and someone who doesn’t give up when a job gets tough. I’ll definitely be calling Ambitious Plumbing again.

After a pipe burst following the freeze, Ambition Plumbing acted fast. I was connected with a plumber within minutes, and Fernando immediately walked me through locating the water shutoff until he could arrive. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made much easier thanks to his clear guidance and excellent service. We will absolutely be choosing and recommending Ambition Plumbing to neighbors and friends.

To Whom It May Concern.the plumer Name fernando he is absolutely not a plumer he is somthing alse , not honest ver agrissive and rude . he ask me to remove my car from the garage just so he can get in , he skip from the job by find any reason . all what he did take picture for 3 minute and not even diagnoset the problem on my water heater and he walked out , he waist my time by make me waiting 5 hour. end up i have to call another compay to fix my water heater, don't call this AMBITION PLUMBING & DRAIN SERVICES again .

Fernando inflated the charge on the dig and the faucet since I used American Home shield, in the first quote Jose told me The faucet was covered- then the next day they wanted an additional $125.00 on their quote- I had no choice but to proceed since my Tenants had no kitchen sink since Friday and were waiting until the following Wed for repairs. He texted me to ask for a 5 star review, and when I gave an honest review he proceeded to argue with me over text message. Very unprofessional. I was also upfront and advised the residence was a rental property. I had a prompt him for an invoice and he reviewed to provide a receipt for the replacement faucet To show the make and model so that I could honor the Moen warranty in the future. He said it was an upgraded sink, but could not provide any proof of this.

Although Ambition Plumbing was “assigned” to us through our Home Warranty Company, we truly felt like we had hit the jackpot with these guys. Fernando, Isaac & Leo could not have been more concerned with our situation after our “warranty company”dropped the ball in the biggest way imaginable. These guys were involved in the repair process from assignment, offered suggestions when needed, kept lines of communication opened (Especially when the warranty company did not) and brought the “funny” in order to lighten the mood at the most stressful times. When a company drives across town in rush hour traffic to install a hot water heater so that an 86yo man (who has been without hot water for nine days) can take a hot bath when he wakes up, well….you just know that their is something special (beyond the financial aspect) that this company is bringing to the table. Ambition Plumbing are now my go to guys for all my plumbing needs and rest assured that I have no qualms passing on their accolades to anyone looking for not only excellent plumbers but damn good people. I had another excellent experience with Ambition Plumbing and Drain Service. I specifically requested Ambition Plumbing and Drain Service because of their consistently outstanding service. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish. They called ahead to let me know they would be arriving in about 30 minutes, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully wore shoe coverings to help keep my home clean. They were very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue I needed repaired and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their friendly, respectful attitude made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly. This business is totally a scam. They diagnose the problem just that they can make more money off you. And they give you wrong information. I was told the faucet cartridge is out due to the high water pressure in the area, but they never provide a writing diagnosis to me. I had another a cartridge went out in the same house 6 months ago, but there wasn't any issues with the water pressure and same problem no diagnosis provided. When I ask them about why last time the pressure was t high but this time is high, they just make up something that totally opposite of what my warranty company told me. Also, I wasn't told I been charge a 3% credit card fee when I pay the first invoice, and I didn't find out until I pay the second invoice. The plumber told me oh we charge a 3% credit card fee, if I pay with a debt card I will not be charge for the fee, so I after I got my debit card and ready to pay they told me I still being charge for the debit card fee. And the guy said "I never said debt card will not charge the 3%". Stay away from this business!

I wanted to send a big Thank You to the Ambition Plumbing crew. The city is tearing up the road to my subdivision and caused a pressure disturbance that broke one of my hot water heaters. I put a request through online on a Thursday and they had guys out the next day who assessed the damage, patiently fielded all of my questions, and explained exactly how and why this occurred. I did not have a pressure regulation valve. 2 previous plumbers and a home inspector managed to miss that in the past few years but Isaac, Devon, and Jose knew right away thats why this all happened. They worked late into the night to rush the order in so it could get delivered and replaced ASAP and returned by Wednesday with the permit, new hot water heater, and PRV to get us back in order. The price was incredibly fair, the technicians were impressively knowledgeable, and they took great care of us. I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon but if I do; I know exactly who to call.

Terrible service. We were assigned this company through American Home Shield, and they were dismissive, rude and unresponsive to our needs for a water leak. It took them over 24 hours to make the initial visit, at which time they said they couldn't get the water shut off to the house. They advised us to call the water utility, which we did, and when we called the plumber back we learned that they weren't open again until Monday (this was Friday evening). Left a message per instruction from AHS. Come Monday, we didn't hear anything so at noon we called the plumber and they were dismissive yet again, said that we shouldn't have called the office, we should have called the plumber directly. We hung up and started to get AHS to get us a different plumber, and the guy started blowing us up via text and finally said he could be over between 1 and 9 today. The job is done, but we didn't need the runaround and rude service.

Paul came out today to fix my garbage disposal. After he diagnosed it, he noticed that it should be replaced. He replaced it quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Update: April 2025 Today I had Laz come out and change out my water pressure regulator. He was quick and efficient and very friendly. He had been over before with Leo and they are always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company. Leo also came out last week and was working on my water heater. I am a question to asker and I asked loads of questions concerning my water heater, and Leo answered every last one of them. I had also asked him about my water pressure and he gave me loads of information. That is why I decided to have them swap out my water pressure regulator. Laz and Leo are awesome.

Fernando was uprfont about pricing which can be a rarity with (especially some of the allegedly "reputable") plumbers. Paul and Jesus came out for a second opinion via a service plan company, after the previous plumber was not able to clear a stoppage affecting two adjacent bathtubs. The previous plumber most likely used too large of an auger and didn't seem to spend enough time trying different things to clear the stoppage. These guys did a great job of using a proper size auger and you could tell Paul had plenty of experience doing this. I knew there was no need to get up on the roof or in the attic and do anything not covered by the warranty company as the previous company had put in their diagnosis and I'm very happy with the job Ambition Plumbing did on this second opinion service call.

Jose and J.D. were here today because of a clogged drain. They were on time, very pleasant, helpful with explanations, and made it a point of saying that Ambition Plumbing services come with a 30-day warranty and to call them if there were any problems with the drain. I was VERY impressed with their service. I was also impressed with initial response I had from Ambition on the same day I filed a request with American Home Shield because of the problem. Jessica called me (after hours) to set up the service call and she very kindly worked with my schedule and was also very pleasant. I wish ALL the American Home Shield vendors were as competent and customer-focused as the Ambition folks are. Thank you, Jessica, Jose, J.D., and owner Fernando for taking care of the problem.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. This is the second time they have come out, and once again, they attempted to charge significantly more than what the job should reasonably cost. What is especially concerning is that during this most recent visit, the toilet flange somehow “broke” while they were working on it, despite there being no issue with it beforehand. Now I am being told it will cost $1,400 to fix, including breaking tile, for damage that appears to have occurred during their service. This feels like clear overcharging and a lack of accountability. Customers should not be responsible for paying inflated costs to repair problems they did not create. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

This company is phenomenal! From the team they sent out to diagnosis my leak to the owner(Fernando )of the company! I came across the company due to my home warranty! Ambition plumbing clearly and comprehensively seen the problems I would have ran into by just doing a patch up job on my leak and even though it wasn’t the fix I wanted( I wanted the quick patch up fix that would’ve created more leaks and problems in my future) they took the time and efforts to make sure I received the best service possible! The owner even spent all the time on the phone with me that I needed to understand and feel comfortable about the work needing to be done!
